Avoid the Tuesday Seafood Buffet The only food item that was remotely warm were small potatoes. Food was nothing special and pretty much tasteless. Even dessert was tasteless. Very disappointed. Best restaurant was a block away. Cafe Esmaralda. 5 stars.

This hotel is centrally located and that's where the overall benefit ends as there are few options in Nuuk in terms of hotel. this property is very expensive for the product being sold, but again there are few choices outside of Air B&B options. Wifi is weak, netflix did not work more than half the time, the amenities are tired looking and restaurants offer little options for vegitatarian, vegan or non-meat eaters. Overall it works but again for the price it should be at least a 4 star experience. You're paying for location.

Clean room, comfortable bed. In central Nuuk steps away from grocery stores, outfitters and boutiques. We were extremely happy though limited TV channels and our TV wouldn’t allow me to cast from my phone (both minor…we weren’t in Nuuk to watch TV!).

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but very convenient and clean. The restaurants are very good.

We enjoyed are stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one problem we had, a plugged shower drain, was resolved quickly. The breakfast and staff were both very good. The restaurant that served steak was the best we had experienced in our 2 month trip through Europe from Romania to Greenland. The beef was cooked perfectly and was very tasty and easy to cut. We highly recommend anyone visiting HHE to dine there at least once. But make sure you have a reservation. The first night we were there we couldn’t get a table.

Construction which started at 7:00 am outside our window

Live music in top floor bar till 2am. Club across street going till 4am. Yelling and screaming all night. Tough to sleep with all the noise going on. Only negative

Construction was an issue

You had to open the windows at night because there was not air-conditioning in the rooms to keep it cool. And when you open the windows, then you heard the outside noise.

Breakfast was good and had a nice variety. The steaks were good at Hereford restaurant. The staff was helpful.

This is the best hotel in Nuuk. After being stuck there due to Air Greenland flight cancellations we stayed at over three hotels in the area, and this one was by far the best.

Great property and staff, however it was very noisy around with lots of construction noise anll day long and we could also hear people walking in the hallway and above us. Overall a good stay though.

It was ideally situated in town and had an excellent restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint would be the bass booming through the floors from the bar at midnight.

Pam and I enjoyed the hotel. But for some unknown reason they charged us 400DKK for an extra person. We emailed them a week ago but got no response.
