The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would only recommend to start adding AC units to the rooms, because during the approaching summer months, it was hot at times. The breakfast was on point! I felt safe. Tuve una estadía placentera en este hotel y los empleados me hicieron sentir como en casa. La única recomendación es que deberían de instalar aires acondicionados en las habitaciones, porque con estos calores, a veces era un poco incómodo. Recomiendo quedarse aquí y disfrutar de la piscina.

Breakfast was good.

Would not stay here again. No English speaking staff. No washcloths. No A/C. Room was supposed to come with breakfast daily, no breakfast. The bed was extremely hard. There were no stores in the proximity of hotel. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

There was no sauna as mention breakfast was average

Genial, el lugar es muy tranquilo se duerme en completo silencio , hay jacuzzi y el desayuno muy rico, todo el personal muy amable y siempre atentos para dar su mejor servicio, definitivo que regreso.

When we first arrived we were shown a small 1 bed, room which was not what I booked. My receipt showed a different room number and it was supposed to be a 2 bed room. We were able to get the two beds but I had to pay more for it. Our lock on the door seemed like it had to of been reinforced at some point and was quite flimsy. The pool and the grounds are very nice. My favorite part was looking out out door and being able to see the volcano in the distance.

Excellent location, About 10 minutes away from the city. Great staff Team. It is a container style room with modern accents. We enjoyed the patio with private yacuzzi in each room. Breakfast included was outstanding like a full meal. Great food and drinks with a pool overlooking the two volcanos. We were on business/vacation so we did miss a closet to organize our clothes. But if you are going on vacation you wont need it. Thank you everyone at Elite for making our 6 days memorable. JR

Great room size. Hot tub excellent touch for a private room. Outside the main area which helps unwind better. Everyone was super attentive.

No aire acondicionado, las habitaciones eran contenedores...No caja de seguridad...El personal excelente.

El personal excelente, extraordinario...Se desvivian para atendernos..Pero la habitación no fue buena, no tenía aire acondicionado, ,eran contenefores...

Lugar cómodo y agradable, personal amable.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, cuenta con piscina climatizada y en la habitación había un hidromasaje. Lo recomiendo mucho.
