Dogs at location are friendly. Make sure you honk at arrival for doors to open!

This was a magical and wonderful place to stay! I’m sad we only stayed 1 night but beautiful and clean. Nelson the night manager took care of us!!! I rate this place 1000/1000

NaturHotel is very beautiful and totally a game changer in the hotel category. Such a beautiful place, scenery and if you come to relax in Cuenca, Ecuador; a must see place to stay.. However, here are just some flaws.. service request takes forever to come. There are only a few units so the service should be fast. I understand that the concept is “one with nature”, at least put a mirror?! It was a good stay.. would i come back? Yes! Just don’t expect too much..
