Claude Hotel saved me. My company booked me into a truly awful and horrifying hotel that I had to leave because I felt so uncomfortable. I booked a room at Claude Hotel in the middle of the night and they provided the clean, beautiful room I needed after a long day of traveling and feeling icky after being in that other hotel room. On top of that, the receptionist upgraded me to a suite free of charge when he realized it was my birthday! I loved it so much and was very sad that I only had about 12 hours in the room because of my late check-in. Please book Claude Hotel 👏👏

Location is ok and as expected. Room’s and hotel’s cleanliness is quite ok. Dissapointed with two things: 1. Room has no window. During browsing in app, I saw this hotel’s room has window. During check-in I ensured it with front office staff and he confirmed. In fact, only fake window (cannot open and did not know what behind the window, only wall or outside view), no sun light coming into the room; 2. Late check-out fee. During booking in app, I’ve mentioned in Special Request column provided that I would be late check-out out at 2pm. No information about the late check out fee. In Hotel Voucher clearly mentioned in Special Request column for this late check out time at 2pm and also no information about late check out fee neither. In my last day, I check-out out at 2pm, the front office staff informed that I was charged $30 for late check-out 2pm. I complained and shown the Hotel Voucher, but the staff still insist to charge with unfriendly explanation. To avoid long argued, I paid it unwillingly. Just realized that she didn’t give the receipt for that late check-out. I share this for improvement to all parties involved, the travel agent, the hotel, as well as the hotel guest, to be more transparent, informative, and careful.

There are many great things about this hotel! If I had been staying on my own, without a second person in the room, I would easily rate this hotel 5 stars. 1. Location: 5 stars. It is very close to multiple metro stations, a close walk to Chinatown, minutes from Maxwell food centre, and in a hip/trendy neighborhood with a lot of eating and night-life options. Honestly, the location couldn't be better. 2. Hotel: newly renovated, nice aesthetic, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, high-quality bedding, good water pressure, AC works great in the room we were in (deluxe double room). The staff were friendly.

The hotel was recently renovated, so it feels very clean. Although the room is quite small, the neat layout makes it feel spacious. Location: about 300-400 meters from the MRT

Stayed at Claude Hotel Singapore and loved everything about it. ✅ Perfect location — only ~300m walk from Maxwell MRT (Exit 3). Close to Merlion, Bugis, Chijmes, Chinatown, and Maxwell Food Centre. ✅ Surrounded by cafés, bars, and restaurants, but still quiet on weekdays. ✅ Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. ✅ Outstanding hospitality — special thanks to Qistina for the room upgrade. Made my stay feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again. Great value, great service, great location 💜💜💜💜💜
