It's a beautifully restored building in a great location on a pedestrian street. The room was immaculate and comfortable. I could have used more pillows, coffee, kleenex and a stir stick..lol. I didn't opt for housekeeping so it was my own fault. A sink by the Nespresso machine would be nice as well. I also find it surprising that a 4* hotel has no restaurant/bar and limited reception hours. The breakfasts were as delicious as reported.

The apartment rooms we rented had so much space and were a fantastic bargain. Also Lucy at reception was great at welcoming us in advance and made sure everything was in order for our arrival

Really nice hotel! Lovely staff. Great location. Would definitely reccommend to use/ My only place when i dock a mark would be the hotel lacks a Gym or a pool as when away we always like to exercise.

The balkony apartment is great!

We enjoyed our stay at Kramer. The bathroom was gorgeous! The house cleaning went above and beyond in our opinion. The breakfast was great. It was extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

Stayed in their Deluxe Double Room with balcony. I have stayed in many hotels the past 10 years, but this hotel room is by my experience better than Hilton or Marriott. Excellent stay!

Rooms are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. Breakfast is good quality. The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to the town center, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and shopping areas.

This hotel is a gem! Large room, beautiful modern design, large balcony, excellent breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

We loved the balcony overlooking the mall. Very picturque. The staff is very nice, the hotel is conveniently situated close to the train station. Very clean. Good breakfast. The only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit stuffy.

The hotel is overall very well appointed with friendly staff. However in my case I was let down by 2 factors that allowed me only 3 hours sleep. 1 - Pillows that are way too soft to be comfortable, no matter how I tried to fold adjust them, with no others available. 2 - No curtains to block out the street lights which boom in through the rooms facing the street. The blinds on the windows simply aren't good enough. If I were ever to visit Opava again, I'd choose somewhere else unless these things are corrected.

Otroligt trevlig lägenhet i perfekt läge. Ingen kunde vara mer glad än jag. Väldigt rymligt rum och en fantastisk balkong där man kan sitta med ett gott glas vin i handen och njuta av den vackra omgivningen. Kvinnan i receptionen var en av de trevligaste jag mött på hotell. Låt henne jobba kvar här för alltid. Tack för en magisk upplevelse! Kan tänka mig att besöka Opava igen, enbart för detta trevliga ställe.

Gutes Hotel, freundliches personal, saubere zimmer

Super personeel in een kleinschalig hotel in het Centrum van Opava. Grote comfortabele kamer met veel extra's. Ontbijt was ook vers en erg smaakvol. Echte aanrader!

Hotel Kramer je dokonalý, snad jen, že Opava je tak daleko .. Čekala jsem podle hodnocení hodně, ale hotel včetně snídaně předčil mé očekávání . Tak příjemné a milé prostředí je nevšední. Kdykoliv pojedu do okolí Opavy - volba je jasná a DÍKY

Die Liege war eine Tortur. Beim Frühstück war nicht mal Mineralwasser zu bekommen...auch gegen Bezahlung nicht. Es kann leider nicht jeder die süßen Säfte die zum Frühstück angeboten werden zu sich nehmen. Vorteil : Zentrum ist für Autoverkehr gesperrt ( außer E- Busse, Anwohner , Polizei, Feuerwehr, Lieferfahrzeuge). Damit ist eine ruhige Übernachtung gesichert.
