Great service, communication, and restaurant. Apartment was spacious

This was my second stay at Veronique heights. When you discover good things, you always go back for more. I stayed there for the second time because of how relaxing and comfortable the place is. Excellent breakfast and professional staff. The rooms and the pool is always clean. Easy to locate and easy to get to all the nice places in Kumasi. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a stress free vacation.

Great location, good breakfast, nice and comfortable apartments.

I booked 14 rooms and they were ok.Some of the rooms had mold in them and the breakfast could use some. " Hot Dogs are not SAUSAGE. We have 5 groups coming this year so we hope it will be a better stay. The front desk needs customer service

Veronica Heights in Kumasi is an exceptional property. Check-in was seamless, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service — especially from the general manager — was outstanding. A special mention to Eric, the bartender, for his warm and friendly approach. The entire place was kept spotless and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend Veronica Heights to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was clean and the amenities were up to standard and very modern. Did not stay long but I plan on staying longer next time.

This property was immaculate, very spacious, and modern. I loved everything about our room and check by far was the fastest during my trip in Ghana. I highly recommend this place and is well worth the money

As far as Ghana goes, this property is one of the best( it’s a new building and hopefully they can maintain it); Ghana in general is known for its layback people(the people at the property are very nice); areas that I would recommend improvements are the food( especially the breakfast- which lacked variations); I would recommend that they add different kinds of vegetables and fruits; curtains allows too much light to enter room which made it difficult to sleep at night; however, overall I like this property and would stay there again anytime I’m in Kumasi.

Place is clean and nicely furnished. Owner was very personable. We were treated like VIPs. Owner came by to meet all her guests and made us feel at home. I would recommend Veronique Heights to everyone. I stayed at 3 places during this vacation and Veronique Heights is my # 1 hotel

Very nice and quiet place. They have nice breakfast. The staffs are very friendly too.

Veronique Heights is a great hotel to stay at during your travels to Kumasi. It is close to all the main attractions. It is a newer hotel and has a great pool in the middle of their property which is perfect to cool off in after a full day of exploring. The apartments were modern and very clean. The property manager is very attentive. The only feedback I would provide is that they should provide more breakfast options for non-dairy eaters and vegans. In terms of the apartments, it would be nice to have a hand towel in each room as well as address the workmanship of the showers as they leaked water through the gaps of the shower. Overall, it was a great stay. We will be back!
