Staff was great. Breakfast was flawless, many options to choose from. Views are breathtaking. This is an upscale place and you can tell by its patrons. You can feel like royalty at this place. Manager was courteous enough to allow me a late check out due to an unforeseen matter. She didn’t hesitate. I appreciated her for that one. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very nice and is situated on a hill, offering a great view of the city. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The gym was well equipped, and the instructor was outstanding. Breakfast was fantastic. However, the pool was not usable during our stay because it was not clean, and we were surprised that there was no seating around the pool area. Despite this drawback, we enjoyed the serenity of the hotel.

Everything was great until i went for a pedicure.

The staff were polite and approachable but the room and how much it cost was too expensive for the deluxe room. The room was below standard.

Stephen at the reception desk was excellent. Professional, helpful and friendly. Great asset to the hotel.
