The Hain is a great value hotel. The staff are great. We enjoyed it so much we stayed there twice.

This property is a great choice for Punta Arenas. The staff.are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are clean. The value to price ratio is off the charts. I highly recommend.

Funky place, inna good way ~ HOT shower, good wifi, enthusiastic staff, walking distance around city center ~ Room's basic, with limited electrical outlets, but we made it work ~ Would stay again ~

Expected more for the price they're charging. The property is pretty run down. Small rooms, squeaky floors, electric plugs broken or not working. Service is not the best. Had to wait a long time to check in when we arrived as receptionist was on the phone and ignored us. Next morning the lady who was making breakfast did not show up so we had to wait (understandable circumstances, but could have been coordinated better). Overall I would not recommend staying here and will not stay here again.
