The outlander house the employees are wonderful due to the fact I don't speak Spanish they are some of the most helpful and wonderful people they've been very welcoming they've been patient with me I couldn't ask to stay at a better place in all of South America. From now on whenever I come to Colombia I will always make this my home what a wonderful place I give it a 10 of 10 this is a beautiful place just like being at home! ❤️

I will never stay at any other hotel but this one whenever I visit Bogota. Clean and new facilities, staff that goes out of your way to be helpful, fluent in English, nice big TVs, great Wi-Fi, amazing shower with HOT water, great size rooms. The only drawback was the area of town wasn’t so great, but it was still safe. It’s not their fault. There was a lot of construction going on, and the street lights didn’t work at night.. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I got more out of this little place than major hotel chains at four times the price.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Check-in was super easy after a long day of travel. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe for travelers. We plan on reserving a room again the night before our departure back to the United States as the proximity to El Dorado can't be beat.

Todo en el hospedaje es muy bueno, atención excelente, nos ayudaron a acomodar camas para el nro de personas que nos hospedaríamos, muy limpio y ordenado.
