A quick 1-night stay near the beautiful Marrakech train station, passing through from Rabat to being picked up for our glamping trip in the Sahara. Room was adequate; very clean. Street traffic outside room window was loud and busy - as expected. One suggestion would be to install blackout curtains as the thin sheers currently being used block out very little street light.

Swise Continental Hotel – Marrakech Overall a decent stay, but a few recurring issues made it difficult to fully enjoy our time here. Room Temperature Control The most frustrating issue was the room climate system. While the thermostat is digitally adjustable, the hotel overrides it entirely — shutting the system off roughly from midnight to 6 AM. With my setting at 18.5°C, I was woken up around 3 AM feeling hot and uncomfortable. This happened consistently across all four nights. You're essentially left choosing between a stuffy, overheated room or opening the window and dealing with outside noise. Neither option made for restful sleep, and four nights of poor sleep is a real problem on any trip. Shower Drainage The shower drain was noticeably slow — water pooled up to just below ankle level before draining. Not a dealbreaker, but something maintenance should address.

Room clean and had everything you need and more …. Had a full candy dish and Nespresso machine! They gave baskets of water and cakes at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was about 1 km from Medina but nice clean safe area and we never waited longer than 5 minutes for Uber. Highly recommended!

Everything from transportation to checking in to fresh pastries to bottle water was thoughtful.

This hotel was perfect for me. Near many good restaurants, easy walk to the medina, and a very friendly staff. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. What more could I want?

Ratings for this place are too high on Expedia. It’s at best a 2-3 star hotel. Newer construction but service is hit or miss. No option or desire to accommodate for early check in even after I was willing to pay extra. When I asked the lady was rude about it. She was walking around with a smug look on her face while I was waiting for 2 hours exhausted after overnight travel. No courtesy or empathy. Btw the place only has 24 rooms. Lobby is small and cramped barely 4 people can sit there. Rooms are also very small. No restaurant or breakfast. Good thing I stayed only for two nights. Overall the place is not bad if you want to stay close to the train station but much better options are available at this price point.

The bed had 2 large yellow stains on the left hand side of the bed in the middle and bottom Reported the stains to front desk. They took pictures and apologized. The rrom and bathroom was newly renovated and was clean

One of the best hotels we have stayed in! We fortunately have travelled a lot and agreed this hotel was well maintained, clean, tidy, hospitable and very responsive to any requests. Ibtissam & Shamy at reception made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend to friends and family.

An interesting simple hotel - on the positives I liked the juice machine in the lobby and the entrance had a fun vibe, check-in was easy. The room needs to be repainted, and there were three dirty footprints in my shower. There was a good amount of noise from the street and the interior corridors. Room was average size only, and just an okay value.

The hotel located in the centre of Marrakech. It was very close to the iconic scenes. Rooms were spacious, decent and comfortable. The amenities were well filled up during their daily cleaning. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Front desk, Miss Ibtissam, treated the customers very nice. Highly recommended to spend the stay in this hotel
