Great staff, rooms needs more cleaning

Great location

Just up the road from the bus terminal we arrived from and were able to check in an hour earlier. Friendly staff and room very clean, all we needed for an overnight stay. Nice view from the window. The breakfast at 175NOK (£12.50) was in my opinion not worth it considering the chain hotel we stayed in in Trondheim was only 25NOK more for a lot more choice including hot buffet items, but the onsite bar/restaurant however was very good. Fish n chips was one of the best I’ve been served and was value for money.

No elevator

Very convenient place to stay, easy access to bus, ferries etc. Restaurants and coffee shops near by.

Great base for visiting the area. Easy to get a bus to the Atlantic Road and the gondola.

Rooms very outdated and small deceiving from website also no information regarding how to get back in when the front doors are locked .

This is a little hard to call a “hotel.” Its location is good. I booked this room for our daughter. We were in town on a cruise and tried to find her, but no one had ever heard of the hotel despite the sign high on the building. This “hotel” has no lobby or official entrance. You must enter through the restaurant on street level. But, in our case, the restaurant was closed until 11:00. There was no way to find out if we were in the right place or to verify that she was there. In the end, she was there. The room was tiny but clean. The experience in the end was ok but strange.

Room was smaller than expected and the bathroom even smaller. Good location and good price. Breakfast not included but provided by a partner of the hotel and it was good.

No frills hotell close to the bus interchange. Easy walk to restaurants and the harbour.

There were many complaints about this hotel, but we did not experience any really. Check-in took some time, but no large issue. We stayed during the week, so no loud bar sound like others had reported. Standard hotel, no tv, parking not included so you have to find street parking (we only need to park a block or two away), shared fridge in hallway, can't get any more centrally located.

A very basic and clean facility in the middle of town. Comfortable for one night but be warned that there is a live music venue in the building weekends.

Koselig hotel med god mat og lun atmosfære.

I hotellbeskrivelsen sto det at restauranten skulle være opp til 22 hver dag. det stemmer ikke stenger kl 21 på søndager. Litt gammeldagse rom, spesielt badet. Manglet håndsåpe. En svak eim av kloakk på badet var heller ikke optimalt. Ellers et helt ok hotell for en natt.

Sparsomt rom

Bedre enn forventet.

Tyvärr lite låg nivå. Mjuka, fläckiga sängar. Duschen trasig och ingen personal på plats på morgonen som kunde hjälpa till. Tyvärr då läget är kanon och fin restaurang. Men rummen får minus.
