We loved everything about Hotel Bellas Artes. It’s so close to everything. Bellas Artes is right around the corner and Casa the Azulejos. There’s so many things to do around there. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and the room was bigger than what we expected. The staff were super sweet and attentive. There’s a bank right across the street, and restaurant right next door. We love staying here!

We spent 6 comfortable nights at Bellas Artes. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Centro/historico, for walking and for atmosphere. Breakfast of fresh fruit and yogurt was delicious. The staff were all friendly but special mention must be made of Miguel, the concierge, for going above and beyond to help with a couple of issues we had, always with a smile!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the historic district. Clean, large room with high ceilings and a standalone bath. Reception helpful and polite. Felt safe in this area, and could walk to Palace Bella Artes and park in 5 minutes; Zocalo in 10 minutes. Opera bar two doors down great for drinks, Esperanza around corner for coffee and cakes, and lovely restaurants nearby.

Though the surrounding area is very busy and a bit grungy with graffiti, this hotel is a bit of an oasis. The decor is posh and modern in the lobby and the hallways, as well as the rooms themselves. The WIFI worked consistently and the service team is friendly and professional. We did not try the gym or the hotel restaurant, but right next door there's a fantastic cafe for delicious and affordable food. One small gripe is that on one of the days of our stay, housekeeping completely forgot to clean our room, which was a little bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a good stay. I love Palacio de Bellas Artes, and being able to see it every day was wonderful.
