Beautiful property! Wonderful clean rooms with an amazing ambiance throughout the property. Very private and a friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food and fabulous Michelin starred farm to table experience. We loved our stay! Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property and the hostess was wonderful. Staff and pool area are excellent. Would have loved to eat dinner but didn’t plan properly and the kitchen is closed Monday and Tuesday. Next time! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, quaint property and kept in very clean and well tended condition. Has a Michelin star dinner restaurant. Breakfast however is very limited and could be improved. Pillows are foam and a little lumpy.

The property is absolutely stunning! From the architecture to the furnishing/design to the flora throughout the property to the exquisite garden - Casa Olivea is a sight to behold! Truly one of the best boutique hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff is incredibly warm and was attentive to all of our needs. The rooms are spacious and perfectly designed. The daily breakfasts were absolutely delicious and it was such a pleasure to start each day with farm to table dining. We especially loved the personal touch that came from the owner greeting us and chatting with us each morning.

It was very nice quiet place very intimate will stay there again. The only thing is the restaurant needs more options for dinner

This hotel was amazing! It was small (14 rooms), intimate, beautifully designed and maintained. The included breakfast was delicious and the service in the cafe was amazing. The concierge was friendly, super helpful, and responsive (texting and what's app). They provided us with contacts for drivers and provided great food recommendations. We would love to stay here again.

My stay at Casa Olivea far exceeded my expectations. From check-in til day of departure, staff were always available and eager to help with any needs we may have. The room and grounds were exceptionally clean and well-manicured. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Availability of the padel courts was such a great bonus and a lot of fun despite the heat. We didn't get the opportunity to swim in the pool, but it looked inviting. It was unseasonably hot during our stay, and the AC kept us cool and comfortable the entire trip. We also ate at the farm-to-table restaurant for a birthday celebration, and it was a wonderful experience. Overall, our stay here was everything I had hoped for and more, and we are already looking forward to returning. Many of the properties in Valle are nice, but Casa Olivea is exceptional; the perfect blend of quaint and luxurious.

Amazing experience! A truly relaxing stay. Loved everything of Casa Olivea. Tranquility was felt throughout the entire property. I loved the farm to table breakfast and the staff is extremely welcoming.

Casa Olivea does everything right. Beautiful property and landscaping, great pool, lovely rooms and the breakfast was delicious. The staff go out of their way to make you feel warm and welcomed.
