No ac in hallways or the elevator,to much noise all night

The front desk offered horrible customer service. They were rude, not friendly, and they were also questioning every time I walked in in fact, they never gave me a bracelet, but when my guest walked in with me, they demanded that we show our bracelet and I told him I was never given a bracelet. The hotel was not booked and they gave me a room on the third floor when I requested a high room and they told me that they didn’t have enough personnel to clean the room so that’s why I was getting a room on the third floor. I will never stay here ever again.

Great location between el Malecón, playa del pacífico and restaurants. Walking distance to Soriana and all local shops. Updated property and great poolside view to the beach.

I was really excited to stay at this new hotel, however it was an ok experience. When checking in, there were so many teenagers in the lobby, not sure if there was an event, but the staff was clearly overwhelmed and not attentive. I had to get the staffs attention to be checked in, despite no one being in front of me. Their system was down, so they were not able to check me in right away. There was no apology for the wait, or complimentary beverage at the bar. They do have a bar, but no one was attending it. The elevators take forever to open and close. It was super congested that weekend with teenagers, they would run down the hallways, knock on doors and it seemed no one was monitoring the noise. With that said, you can hear everything in the rooms from the hallway and outside. I booked a room on the side of the pool, but was not accommodated and was provided a room toward the street which in the mornings gets super hot and bright. The last night I stayed there the bedsheets were not changed and when checking out they told me there were two pillows missing, which was not true, all the pillows were in the room. It was an alright experience, but honestly i had more expectations for a new hotel

Excellent location. Closed to several bars. Very clean. I didn't like that pool bar opens at 12:30. Servers are very slow. They don’t sell/offer snacks in the pool area and they won’t let you bring snacks or alcohol
