Staff not so kindly, room clean, but look old

Old and not very clean, no A/C, no drinking water. Nothing around to buy food or at least water.

The property is extremely old. Only 2 electrónico outlets, but the wirst of all is that there is no air condumitiing and it was a very hot day. Bad location nothing around.

Very disappointed with the room quality. Found a cockroach on the floor near the desk in the morning. The bathroom sink has a large, deep crack connecting to the countertop, which looks poorly maintained. To top it off, the bed was quite uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.

El personal que me recibió fue muy gruñón y no le gusto cuando dije que pagaba mejor por expedía y no directamente con el , el trato muy muy frío y simple no me hablaba y estaba como enojado , el lugar está como abandonado y muy dejado , solo por que está cerca de Taxqueña pero no lo recomiendo

No drinking water in a CDMX hotel of this size seems incongruous. The hotel rooms have definitely been smoked in. The adjacent highway noise will be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

no hot water in the shower, no coffee pot or kettle in the room. Just a TV... very basic, but the price is quite low so although I'm pointing these things out, can't really complain. Staff very friendly and excellent. Restaurant is great

Al llegar la habitación tenía un olor espantoso, la señora de recepción súper grosera por teléfono y la segunda vez que marque igualmente terrible, en el desayuno ya pagado los camareros eran de dejarte la nota y con presión y molestia con su frase de "lo que gusten cooperar" eso es un hotel no me pasaba. No tienen trampa para discapacitados en la entrada. No volveré a hospedarme aquí.

Todo bien durante mi estancia

Se oye mucho ruido de habitación a habitación, se reservo para 4 personas y las camas solo tienen 2 almohadas, aunque solicitando las otras dos a recepción las subieron, tardaron un poco pero si las subieron. La señal de WiFi es muy mala, para todas las personas que nos encontramos, se desconecta y no se puede volver a conectar. Fuera de eso, la estancia estuvo agradable

Cuesta un poco trabajo ingresar en auto por Tlalpan, y la persona de recepción en la noche no muy atenta y la llave no servía

El servicio del equipo y la limpieza son lo mejor. Solo un poco mas de mantenimiento a las instalaciones

El aire acondicionado no funciono y los colchones muy duros
