I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that they can send taxis if you need any service, which made getting around very easy. The hotel also has parking available, which was very convenient. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service made me feel very welcome. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and lovely courtyard. Comfy bed. Very clean. The only negative was the shower which sprayed everywhere and was very erratic in temperature. We would stay agin.

Despite receiving an email confirmation from both Expedia & the hotel directly, the hotel didn’t have a record of my booking when I went to check in. They then tried to offer me a room for 260 MXP more than what I had booked. The hotel eventually honoured the price I was provided when I originally booked, but this was a stressful & unnecessary experience. The next day the hotel had no record of the taxi I had also requested the night before.

Great hotel for price and the one night stay. Not enough hot water for shower. That’s my only complaint- staff was great, room was clean. Nice hotel .

Cute little hotel near el Zocalo in Oaxaca with friendly service and very affordable rates. No AC in rooms but a good ceiling fan + tower fan combo. Shower is a little janky. Totally would recommend for a short budget/friendly stay in Oaxaca!

The property was in an excellent spot for our trip and really easy to walk to restaurants markets and shopping places in downtown Oaxaca!! Friendly staff and really good room!

The property made arrangements for our taxi to be there at 5:00 am to the airport and called our room to let us know when they arrived. The beds were too hard & not that comfortable.

El Hotel es buena opción para estancia corta, tiene muy buena ubicación, aunque las instalaciones requieren mtto, a nosotros nos tocó cuarto sin Aire acondicionado, para época fresca no se requiere pero en temporada de calor pudiera ser incómodo. Las toallas también requieren cambio, ya están muy deterioradas

El lugar es muy céntrico, pero el hotel es muy básico, la tv no servía, como que las bocinas estaban ya inservibles el sonido era terrible y solo había cable local. El ruido se concentra mucho en el patio central y si quieres descansar no es el lugar porque todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y de las afanadores desde las 6 am estan a todo lo que da.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal. Un poco pequeño el cuarto, pero todo en buen estado. Recomendado ampliamente.

Super céntrico, a dos cuadras del Zoocalo, todo a la mano, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. la cama super cómoda, la habitación muy bonita en general, me encantó este hotel, super recomendado la verdad😊

Todo bien, solo en la noche nos tocó que habia algunas personas haciendo ruido en los pasillos y eso perturbó un poco el sueño.
