The place was fine overall, but the room did not have a safe, which is something I expected. The employees were not attentive to guest, and the service felt inconsistent. The property would benefit from more mature and organized management to improve guest experience.

The staff was so kind and professional. They arranged my airport transfer. From the time we arrived the service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Outrageously perfect hotel. A real bargain. Patient and knowledgeable staff, and best of all - the breakfast was better than many restaurants. The location could not have been better...right across from san pedro market!! You need to check this place out. We'll never stay anywhere else in Cusco.

nice and big room. the floors could use some mopping, but everything else was clean. comfortable beds, decent size bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4 for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good as well.

The rooms were clean with comfy beds & pillows. However there was a vehicle parked downstairs in the lobby in which the car alarm kept going off. We had to bring it to their attention twice before they did anything about it. After checking in, we all laid down for a rest and some opened the door with a key and didn’t even knock before entering. The place was noisy with having everything echo in the court yard.

Everything was amazing from the breakfast buffet with several options such as eggs avocados fresh cheese and the reception was top notch especially Fernandez who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed during our stay
