Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

Everything was great. Only complaint was cold shower in the morning. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, with tacos, friendly, breakfast was great with several options and including fresh local fruit that was perfectly ripe. Missing it already. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the main square, no issues walking in the evening around the area. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Beautiful building. Lots of antiques and charm. Beautiful sitting area courtyard. Open Balcony. Safe. Doorman 24/7. They let me hangout in lobbyvand drink tea for a couple hours after check out while I waited for my ride.

Great location, breakfast and service!

We loved our stay here, the location was perfect, it was quiet and loved the courtyards. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were so nice and helpful.

This is a beautiful property on a quiet street/areas of the city (street is a dead end), yet only about 5-10min walk from the main city square. Clean hotel and rooms, good in-room amenities, great water pressure, and great service. We tried the spa/massage, which was also nice. The tea/coffee areas available 24/7 in the lounge was a nice convenience. Some nitpicks: - the WiFi didn't really work on either of the rooms we had (30x), across 2 stays, so not really a one-off/temporary issue. We ended up using the wireless data plans. - the matrimonial bed setup was 2 beds set next to each other rather than a one bed+mattress set-up. - breakfast selection starts to be more limited after 9-9:30am, but granted that the breakfast hours are 5-10am (which is really great).

Lovely hotel, we stayed either side of our trip to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu so the baggage storage was a big plus. The rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and available from very early morning for those heading out on trips. The location is only a quiet street, but only a short walk into the heart the old town.

The breakfast was excellent and available from early morning. They also provide bag storage for those heading to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu, before returning to stay.

Great staff

Hotel Rumi Punku was a wonderful place to stay! The location is excellent, with a quick, safe, easy walk to the central plaza, plus lots of nearby restaurants, shops and markets. It was also an excellent location for walking up to Christo Blanco for an amazing lookout over the city and the amazing Inca site Sacsayhuaman. The staff were friendly, kind and happy to provide recommendations, directions and even an umbrella if needed! Breakfast was wonderful. Unlimited access to hot water and teas was so helpful, as well as the filtered water available for free. Rumi Punku was absolutely beautiful, with a great feel, lots of fountains, plants, terraces for sitting out on. I stayed here before and after hiking the Inca Trail. I greatly appreciated being able to leave my bags here. It was such a welcome refuge to come home to after the workout of the Inca Trail. I will absolutely stay here again if I ever have the opportunity!! Muchas gracias!

This place is everything I was hoping for and more! The hotel is beautiful. It’s clean, and it has the most delicious breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Our room had a lovely view of the neighborhood; we were on the fourth floor. The hotel also has so many spaces to hang out and relax. The location is super convenient, and everything is within walking distance. They even offered us a free pick-up taxi when we arrived. We also did laundry a couple of times during our stay. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and it was so quiet that we slept great. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. Every single person at the hotel was professional, helpful, and friendly. If I go to Cusco again, I will definitely book this place again, and I highly recommend it.
