We enjoyed our stay at The Pallar. A continental breakfast was included. They overcharged us for extra coffee but problem was resolved when we questioned the staff about it. We went to Huacachina around noon and they were willing to store our luggage for us until we could come back to retrieve it. Beds are hard but hotel is fairly quiet. Plenty of hot water. Overall, a good experience.

We left our prepaid hotel elsewhere for El Pallar's AC, and that alone was worth it. Good experience overall, but on checkout I was charged 7 soles (!!!) for the side of milk I requested for my coffee (which came with our included breakfast). Not the end of the world, but I was not warned there would be an extra fee. It left a bad taste in my mouth at the end, which is a shame. Great pool, interesting grounds, acceptable room. No English speaking staff when we were there.
