Great place pretty central, friendly staff, overall great but the road to the hotel needs some work.

Very good, affordable and convenient stay. Highly recommend. The free breakfast was a good quantity and very delicious.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was great and a definite highlight. Unfortunately, management and service need improvement. The AC in our room was not working, and despite multiple calls and messages, no one responded, leaving us without AC for the night. Housekeeping was only provided after we requested it following an AC leak. After-hours support was essentially non-existent.

The place was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Room was large, but the shower stall was a bit small. Would suggest a little shelf to store foodstuff. Otherwise, the pool was lovely, breakfast was delicious and well portioned. Staff were friendly and accommdating. Jay, Kirby, Joshua and the chef were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning!

My sister, neice and I stayed at Escarlet Hotel earlier this month. It's simply beautiful. Customer service is on point! Breakfast was lovely! The pool is everything! The atmosphere is peaceful! We loveeeee it! Price was affordable. God's willing we'll be back! Thank you Kirby!

Friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast and reasonably priced accommodations. Remotely located for a tranquil and safe stay. Min of Transportation needs to do a better job fixing the roads to better support tourism in T’bgo.

Overall decent hotel in the heart of the island!

Everything was god, the only bad thing was there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. They did spray a few times, but they kept coming back. Other than that it was a good experience. Front desk was also very nice and attentive. Pool was also nice and warm.

You feel welcome the way they greet you.The chef made sure you are satisfied with your delicious cook to order local meal.The hotel is very clean ,modern well taught, decorated and designed.Rooms are spacious.The bathroom is small the shower could been a little bigger in my opinion . The bed was comfortable.The exterior is just as the pictures ,just beautiful. There is a swim up bar you can connect your phone to their speaker as well.Only negative the roads getting there needs to be paved and they need a larger secured parking lot .You will not regret staying in this clean ,welcoming relaxed atmosphere.I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very lovely hotel, I liked the cleanliness, a new modern hotel, clean sheets and welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff. Pool was very nice as well.

Host are very friendly and breakfast was very tasty. Very nice place for a family visit
