Comfortable beds

There were plenty of food places nearby which was helpful. The room itself was exactly what I was expecting. Nothing fancy but what I needed for an overnight stay. The only downside was that I asked for a room away from other guests so that I could get some peace and quiet. However the room I was put in was beside people that I am thinking might actually live there. It was constant noise all through the night. But I don't blame the Motel for rude people. :)

Decent, clean, and very quiet night's sleep. I pulled in late at night and was greeted by a very professional front desk guy who was excellent and got me into my room in minutes. I noticed the TV wasn't picking up a signal at first, but a quick call to the desk fixed it—the manager was super helpful and even made sure my internet connection was strong before hanging up. The room was tidy, the mini-fridge was cold, and the overall vibe felt very safe. Great value for the money in this area."

It was like someone bought it ,hired the cheapest renovaters,and tried to run it with no experience.

Stayed here because it's right off the 401 and within walking distance to Shoeless Joe's and a few other spots. The area felt safe and the parking lot was well-lit. Room had a fridge and microwave which worked perfectly. The guy at the front desk was excellent and made sure everything was ready for me. Great value for a stay in Cornwall.

Notre chambre était correcte mais à notre arrivée il faisait 48F le chauffage n'ayant pas déjà été augmenté. De plus Il y avait beaucoup de bruit aux alentours de cette chambre alors qu'il y avait beaucoup d'autres chambres disponibles. Il a neigé en fin de journée et le lendemain matin. le stationnement n'était pas déneigé. Suggestions: Mettre le chauffage avant l'arrivée des usagers et ajouter des tapis à l'intérieur à l'entrée des chambres afin de pouvoir essuyer nos chaussures sans faire de saletés. En hiver, ce motel devrait être fermé pour la saison.

No plug near desk; had to use a nightstand for my laptop. No snow/ice removal in parking lot, no salt on walkways.

When I arrived I showed them my booking through hotels.com. The staff member at the front desk then tried to charge me on their debit machine. I showed them my paid receipt from hotels.com, they then tried to tell me that the funds didn't go through and to check my bank. I checked my bank and there were no funds taken but I told them that Hotels.com typically charges me the morning after my check in. I showed them my booking and my receipt sent by hotels.com again and insisted that I wouldn't be paying, as I already had. It seems like this hotel is deliberately trying to double charge customers that have already booked and paid through hotels.com and are ignorant of the process. Along with this, the doors to the hall don't even lock, anyone could just walk in. The rooms are pretty bad. Plywood patch jobs on the walls where holes were, hardly even a bed sheet of a blanket, dirty floors and counter tops that are worse than most hostels that I've stayed in. All in all it was a very bad experience and I'd highly recommend that no one stays here.

Room was good. It could use a little refresher but overall good value. Comfy bed and great shower.

This is a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again. A couple of thing should be taken care of; some sort of anti slip for the bath tub. If taking a shower the bottom of the tub is very slippery. I could be a safety hazard. Put some power outlets near the desk to plug in a computer and cell phone. Staff were very good, room very clean. A list of available channels on the tv would be helpfull.

The motel appeared to have recently been recently renovated. The rooms were great. Heat worked perfect, bathroom was clean and had everything we needed, including hot water in the shower. Enjoyed the Shoeless Joe’s right next door too! Great spot to crash for a couple nights when in town.
