The staff was friendly and the room was in good condition. When I first arrived, I was given a room with a broken water heater, and after an hour of waiting, I was asked to move. I was disappointed with the breakfast, as the only menu item available was fried rice, even though the price for this glamping site was 700,000 Rupiah. I was also disappointed that breakfast wasn't served until 8:13, even though it was only fried rice. The restaurant menu is quite reasonably priced and the food was delicious.

My first time trying glamping accommodation, it was the best🥰. Staying with beautiful natural views and refreshing to the eyes, subhanallah masya Allah.. It's really great. Initially, there were a lot of problems: the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, so there was no entertainment. The toilet wouldn't flush, and it looked a bit stained, but the serene atmosphere, delicious food, cleanliness, and the picturesque views made up for it. The staff were kind, quick, and polite.

Overall it's fun.... The nature is nice and calming.... The best route is through the front or Cirendang street... For communication service between staff can be improved.... One towel was missing and it was never delivered even though it had been requested several times, even if we wanted to take it ourselves, it would be delivered, and there was nothing until we got home... For the comfort of bathing, a bucket and a dipper could be added... Because the hot water is difficult to regulate, it's either too hot or not hot at all... With a bucket you can mix it yourself to use... The rest is good...

Breakfast menu that requires a long wait for refills

The location is calming, but the service is quite bad, because we had to wait quite a long time for the availability of towels, when we arrived the glamping was still dirty so we had to wait for it to be cleaned first, just a suggestion for the future, please prepare well in advance if there are customers who have already booked, don't be disappointed with the service, not to mention the breakfast menu which we waited quite a long time for to be refilled.

The location is okay, in a mountainous area. The room smelled damp, and the sheets had black mold and stains on the pillows, making me worry about whether the sheets were changed. The bathroom would be more comfortable if it were cleaned regularly after each guest's stay.

The staff is very friendly, the service is very good and helpful, the food is delicious, the view is nice, the atmosphere is not too crowded, each room has its own private area so you can enjoy nature in peace, it is very suitable for healing with friends or family. It was really fun several times it was foggy and dewy as the name Embun Village, it was really comfortable to stay here 👍.

Suitable for those who look for a quiet place to stay. The room is clean. The hotel is still in progress, hopefully it will be completed soon. I would like to propose some suggestions: in the future, the staff should be more prepared and guests are allowed to bring pets.

The location and the view is great, but the services are terrible. 1. 30 minutes from agreed check-in time, the housekeeper still tidying the camp. 2. Camp was not clean, the toilet has many stains, the floor is not mopped, the TV doesn't have any antenna and any TV service except YouTube. 3. Breakfast time starts at 7 AM but the restaurant has no food and drinks until 8.30 AM, there is no staff stand by at the restaurant. 4. We booked for 4 people, but we only get 2 sets of amenities. 5. Employee response time was not fast enough, it took +-30 minutes to get the missing amenities. 6. There is construction at the hotel, and it looks like this hotel not ready enough to open. Based on the prices that I pay with service that I got, I rate this hotel experience very terrible.

The access road is truly excruciating, especially during the holiday season. Yesterday, my car got stuck on a very congested uphill road. The pothole was so big it was scary to get in. It would probably be better if it were fixed. Luckily, the police were there to help, having been called in on patrol. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was great. I'm very grateful for Mas Lana/Maulana's service. He was quick to help me carry my luggage when I checked in at night and in the rain. He was polite, soft-spoken, and always asked when I was short on time, "How are you, Ma'am? Is there anything I can help you with?" and always greeted me whenever we met. He was quick to help. As for the bathroom, unfortunately, my bidet was problematic, so if I wanted to pee or poop (for the women), I had to use the shower. Plus, I didn't expect the bathroom to be outside, even though it's close to the pine dome, but overall the bathroom is clean. Advice for those who want to come here, prepare sandals, an umbrella, and small snacks for the afternoon or early morning. If necessary, bring folding chairs and tables to hang out when the weather is nice, although they can also rent them. By the way, the food is really delicious, I also ordered oxtail soup and gourami, it didn't smell of earth at all and the chef wasn't stingy with the spices. The blood cockles menu was still lacking, but it was good! I want to get to know the chef! The location is very tricky, there is no light to the location, especially when there is a deep fog. However, once arrived at the location, it is very nice. Many parking spaces, the path to the dome are also stones (not wet soil), the view is also nice as well. When I was staying, a swimming pool was being built. The breakfast variation is many, but the taste is standard. I also stayed at a Pine dome which is for 2 guests and an Edelweiss dome which is for 4 guests. The domes' sizes are quite spacious.

On February 3rd the water was off, the room was full of insects and leaking.
