A beautiful setting with a view of open waters and sky from the deck off our room! Truly meant for nature lovers and visitors looking for serenity. The room was clean and spacious. The host was over the top helpful with things to do, maps and places to eat! Breakfast was good with a wide selection of breads and fruits…only thing missing was cooked eggs and meat. We were so impressed with the host’s genuine hospitality to us. We’d return to Cliffside Inn in a heartbeat!

Our host is having some medical isses that I'm sure effected our stay. The proberty is very rustic and our suite would have been more comfortable with a couple chairs to sit on. The stairs up to our room were a challenge for my husband and do to all the rain quite slippery. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and your choice of bread, bagel or toaster waffle. I think my expectations for a fabulous PRI experience fell a little short.

You won't find a more spectacular setting. The property overlooks the Northumberland Strait. It's not fancy, but intelligently designed, a little rustic, and spotless. They've had a challenging year, so some things are overdue for maintenance, but Amber is on top of making sure all needs are met. And then she goes above and beyond, offering special nights when she serves chowder, etc. Her gardens are gorgeous, she's warm and welcoming, and she nurtures the animals who come around. Just a lovely time!

We loved our stay at Cliffside Inn! The inn is in a beautifully landscaped location right by the ocean. It was a short drive from where we arrived from the ferry from Pictou. The owners were very helpful and friendly. A wonderful continental breakfast each morning with excellent coffee. We were in a room apart from the main inn, so very private. The room was large and clean, with all the amenities we needed including a coffeemaker. We loved it!

The BEST place to stay in PEI! If you are looking for quiet relaxation in a beautiful setting, Cliffside should be your first choice! Our host, Amber, was gracious and so helpful! We had a delicious continental breakfast each morning with abundant choices. The room was comfortable and spacious and looked out over the vast waters and cliffs. They even have their own wine label of which we had a really good Malbec. 100% Recommend!

My boyfriend and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay for our last night in PEI. While you do feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere that’s half the charm. The property was beautiful the breakfast they served was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for more out of our stay. We will certainly to try stay here again the next time we’re on the east coast!

Good location not far from Wood Island ferry. The view was amazing. Cozy - friendly staff.

The sunrise was gorgeous. Limited access to the beach as we couldn’t find the ladder down. No TV in room. Wifi was good. East drive to Murray Harbour for dinner. Property is rustic. Fridge and propane fireplace in room.

The property is rundown. One door between suites which the lights is shining through. We had to drive 30 km for dinner which was subpar.

Unbelievable location! Fantastic views! Owners very nice and delicious breakfast. As stated on hotels.com, super close for ferry. Only possible suggestions: better pillows; tabletop fans available; light to mark driveway off road.

The inn has magnificent views of the ocean, is centrally located, and serves delicious breakfasts. Hosts are friendly and very accommodating. One area of improvement would be in providing better lighting upon entering unit....both outside and inside. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

A hidden gem, pretty and quiet. Comfortable and spacious room

We loved the peace and quiet of this place. sitting on the porch listening to the rain at night and having coffee reading in the am was heaven for us. The Hosts were amazing with local recommendations and the breakfast was yummy!

Cliffside Inn is in a beautiful area just 10 minutes from the Wood Islands Ferry Terminal and on the water. Somewhat of an eccentric layout but full of character and good vibes. Hosts Amber and Jay were very helpful and prepared a nice dinner for us on our last evening. Conveniently located for all eastern island day trips in PEI

We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing place. The rooms were so unique and well decorated. Super comfortable and the views were unbeatable. Our hosts were knowledgeable and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend The Cliffside Inn to anyone. It’s a great home base for exploring the wonderful island of PEI.

The Inn has the right idea. It's set beautifully on a cliff side overlooking the water. The decor is done well and the atmosphere is very cozy. The bed and pillows are rock hard and made for a challenging night's sleep, and the host could have been a tad more responsive. But overall, it's cute little in and a perfect place to spend the night if you're catching the Wood Islands ferry in the morning
