No towels for me. That terrible!

- No towels! I asked for one and was told that the info sent included the fact there would be no towel. Rereading the email I don't see that mentioned. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide towels! - Minimal bedding: one thin duvet. I was so cold I slept in my jacket. (Outside temp was about 9C. on April 29) - Mop left in shower. Shower has mold. - Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received. - The house number was not included in the directions. - The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication.

The room was clean. No towels to use . Just a bundle of toilet paper. I didn’t see any staff so nothing to comment on that.

Everything was good, no complaints. Perfectly suited for my needs just to stay one night.

The room was disgusting with bugs in the bed. The walls were so thin you could hear every movement from the people in the adjacent room. The lights would not turn on and when I called the staff to let them know of this, all the lights, including the outdoor lights, immediately turned on, indicating that these people were likely trying to save power bills by doing so. Also, they say city view, but it is literally just a view of the neighborhood. Overall, the experience was terrible. Do NOT stay here.

It was my worst stay in my whole life. The bed sheets were dirty. No staff available. No towel at room so I could not take a shower. No phone or contact number was available. The hotel. Com should not allow this kind of people present such an awful rooms to customer. Horrible experience. I am very disappointed

This was perfect for my needs. Convenient location, beautiful neighborhood, I felt safe here and the property was very clean and well maintained. The staff are very communicative. I liked the ease and comfort of staying here. Affordable compared to other options as well!

Host charged $10 per day for parking over and above daily room rate for parking on driveway. No towels or face cloth or paper towels in bathroom when I arrived. Messaged host to ask for towel and face cloth, and received no response. Suggest to have small table or desk and chair in room for eating or using a laptop or tablet. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It is unbelievable that the room owner does not provide any towels for guests.

Overall very good, clean and quiet place to stay.

Zero stars. No towels provided, no soap provided, not even a TV in the room. We booked for 3 days and stayed for 3 minutes and got a different hotel. Would not recommend to an enemy. Also place smelled horrible
