We had a great stay at lilac hideaway but the thing that stood out most are the way they stepped up to help guests with travel plans We rented a dud 4x4 and it would not start after we checked in - but Eli jumped in an d organized mechanics to come and then drove with us to take the car to the mechanics once they had gotten a new battery in. The car had no brake or transmission fluids and an corroded alternator wire - Eli stayed at the mechanic while we got some food next door The mechanics also said the front tire was shot but they were closing and Eli actually swapped out the bad tire for the spare the next morning before we went to Ngorongoro crater And, after we checked out for our trip to Serengeti, lilac hideaway coordinated with their sister hotel to let us leave our car and extra luggage at that hotel and then arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport and then to pick us up on return to go back and get our bags and car All about customer service at the lilac hotels!
