NO WI-FI, no bed, only a sofa bed, the building is dark no lamps on the stairs

Supposed to have two beds but there was only one. The apartment was very hard to find.

Was denied boarding at point of departure and therefore had to cancel my flight. Hotel did NOT refund.

The room is great very confortable , all Is OK , but for the key , the room are far from the place you check-in !

Great location! We were offered a different/better location due to overbooking but this should not have happened and we should’ve been notified beforehand so we could change our tour pick-up location in advance. The apartment itself was good for the price. The hotel staff is not run 24 hours so we had to wait til 9AM to drop our luggage off for them to watch, even though we would’ve liked to start sight-seeing earlier.

Poor hot water supplies 2 or 3 minute after cold water comes out. and elevator often out of order.

Very nice place! Right next to president administration building, so its right in the heart of Kyiv. Very close (within 5 min walk) to main square and stores. Clean, vert cozy, great for parties (with large groups 8-10 people). Only problem, lack of hot water, so we had to boil water in kitchen and dilute it with cold to make it for showering :( So there's no boiler and in Ukraine there are times when hot water is not served. Wifi works well, design of the apartment is great, rooms are very nice, and sauna is very nice too!

Extremely expensive for the 2 day arround Champions League Final. Arround 27 times more then usual. But location is perfect, and except the entrance of the building the apartment was clean and comfortable

Apartment in need of a serious cleaning, lots of fast and a feeling that the floors weren't washed in a month! The boiler for hot water is so small that it's not even enough for one person to take a shower and you ending up to shower with freezing cold water! Location wise it's great, centrally located

Was very good and a great property. Only drawbacks were that the electricity went out for a while and that the towels didn't seem very clean. But all in all a good stay with great service.

great location and apartment is very clean and secured. I would love to have a better mattress on my bed and the shower faucet needs to be fixed.

We spent five nights in our apartment just 2 minutes walk from the city's main square for the weekend of the Eurovision Song Contest. The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. The building had a concierge 24 hours a day and secure entry. The apartment had a heavy triple lock on the front door too, I felt very safe and secure. The booking agents were great at responding to emails, they answered all of my questions by email usually within an hour or two. We used the airport pickup service because we were landing at 4.30am and the driver was there waiting for us. There was also a bit of flexibility with check out, we had an evening flight and didn't check out until the afternoon. I can't recommend this enough. If I was returning to Kyiv I would undoubtedly stay here again.
