Clean because the building still looks new, the staff is friendly, there is a nice and very clean prayer room for praying before checking in, the location is strategic because it is in the city center, various culinary options along the way, God willing, I will definitely stay here again if I go to Salatiga.

The hotel's interior is very nice, and the room is spacious and smells nice. However, when I checked in, the Wi-Fi was having issues, so I couldn't use it. It worked again the next morning. Overall, it was good.

The hotel staff was friendly, and everything was great. We even asked for a late check-out at 12:30 PM because it was Friday and we wanted to perform Friday prayers first so our 2-year-old could rest in the room. But the hotel refused. Marriott, Four Points, and Aston, all of the hotels I've stayed at, offer late check-out until 12:30 PM on Fridays. Hopefully, hotels will realize this next time.

Were there any issues during check-in? The front office was slow. They told me to wait, but they didn't inform me of an empty room. Until finally, when I took the initiative to ask, it turned out the room was already available. We waited for an hour sitting on the sofa in front of the receptionist, but they didn't pay attention. I don't know if it was because it was busy or because they lacked experience. Otherwise, the food and room were good.

Best hotel in Small Town, easy access, easy for culinary, good taste of food, nice and comfort room. But I had a late room for check-in, the front office staff were too slow even though I had been waiting more than one hour for the room and asked many times.

Overall, the stay here was quite comfortable, and the hotel's location is close to the city center. However, the elevator breaking down one day during check-out made the experience less pleasant, especially during the Eid holiday season when there were many guests.

The room was clean but unfortunately there was no swimming pool. When I checked out during the 2026 Eid holiday season, the elevator was out of order, so I had to wait a long time to go up and down.
