The room was leaking water from the tiles, making my extra bed wet. The bathroom water smelled and was rusty. When I arrived, the poolside table was still dirty and hadn't been cleaned, even though I'd been reminded several times to clean it before I arrived, and I arrived at night, not at 2:00 PM. The bathroom drain wasn't running smoothly, causing water to back up and flood the bathroom if it was left too long. Other than that, the service was good and fast. The food was quite good and delicious. It turned out to be cheaper to buy directly.

The service was very friendly and very fast. Breakfast was delivered promptly, delicious, and hygienic. The bed was clean and fragrant. The private pool was clean, warm, and aesthetically pleasing. The lighting was also designed to make you feel at home. 🥰

It was a pleasant stay, the service was really cool, really cool... I didn't expect to get a floating breakfast, I really liked it.

The parking lot is very narrow, so it's difficult when you can't get a spot. You have to parallel park on the side of the road. When you first arrived, there was still a toothbrush left by the previous guest behind the sink that hadn't been cleaned. The rain shower had many clogged holes, so when you shower, the water came out slowly. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. The water heater was replaced with a stainless steel one, not a plastic one, and the iron heater was rusty/crusted. We didn't dare use it. It's a shame the villa is beautiful but poorly maintained.

The villa is comfortable and in a great location, but the cleanliness is lacking, and the bathroom smells bad. Please fix this. Great service, fast response.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I got the Azalea room with an extra bed. Breakfast was delivered to my room, with a variety of fried foods and porridge available in the hallway during breakfast time.

The water was off and dirty when I wanted to check out.

The pool was cold and a bit dirty, and the room floor wasn't very clean upon check-in, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Drinking water was a hassle, as we were only given one bottle and had to keep asking for refills.

The facilities are very good, the receptionist is friendly, the security is friendly, it is very suitable for a honeymoon.
