The pool was cold and a bit dirty, and the room floor wasn't very clean upon check-in, so we had to ask for it to be cleaned again. Drinking water was a hassle, as we were only given one bottle and had to keep asking for refills.

The facilities are very good, the receptionist is friendly, the security is friendly, it is very suitable for a honeymoon.

The bathroom was very clean, with an unpleasant odor emanating from the drain. The drainage system needs to be checked. The Wi-Fi was often unstable, preventing the TV from connecting properly. The amenities didn't match the room rate.

For a comfortable and clean place but unfortunately it does not meet expectations, the private pool has cold water, it says it is warm and there is no bathtub, in the application there is a bathtub, just know that hopefully the description can be improved.. the breakfast is indeed delicious👌👌

The hotel staff was very friendly, from the moment we arrived, from the security guard, receptionist, and room service. The kids were so happy to be here. They were so satisfied swimming all day, both morning and evening. As soon as we arrived, we couldn't wait to dive in. The parking lot is small, but it's well-arranged for guests. It's easy to get around. It's still in the Cipanas Garut area, and there are many villas and other accommodations nearby. I booked on the spur of the moment, but luckily there were still some available. The smart TV is very usable, and the Wi-Fi is secure. You can watch YouTube or Netflix in the room. I really don't feel like going anywhere else once I'm in the room. Thanks

Overpriced, for this price the private pool still uses cold water. The floor is dirty to the point where your feet are black, the room is not soundproof, the sound of vehicles outside is very audible until the child wakes up several times. I think breakfast is late, only ready at 08.20. Hopefully it can be given more attention.
