I have stayed here many times when I went to Hanoi. Now the owner has changed but everything is still ok. The rooms are neat and clean. Will definitely come back when I go to Hanoi.

Apart from the room having a glass dome for sightseeing, I really don't understand why I had to spend 2 million to stay here for 2 nights 🥲! The hotel was renovated with the original rooms exactly like the old Sojo hotel: the TV can only watch TV channels and is not a smart TV (while now, spending 5-700k at a hotel or homestay already has a TV/projector available; old and dirty sofa, no one to help with luggage in and out, the lighting system is sketchy, some bulbs can be turned on, some can't be turned on, the bathroom has no exhaust, the bathroom is extremely narrow, there is only 1 room card... I'm not a picky person, but it's been a long time since I had such an unsatisfactory experience when spending more than 4 million for 2 nights here. Note that this is a bad experience about the hotel room space, amenities, not the service attitude of the staff!

The room size is large, comfortable, and clean. But there is no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, only plain water. The staff can speak English but it is limited, yesterday we had a miscommunication saying early check in at 10 am, but it turned out they meant 12 pm. The breakfast options are VERY LIMITED, not suitable for a 4-star hotel. The location is right in front of Hanoi Train Station so if you get a low floor, you will definitely be noisy from the sound of the train and its horn. We were lucky to get the 17th floor so the noise was only a little audible.
