Self check-in and entry made things easy! Property was clean and spacious. Also a great location near the water.

A resident had to show us how to get in the building to get to our room. Customer service was not very helpful on the phone

Loved the property, area walkability, laundry & kitchen available in my suite, it was clean, helpful staff...however I slipped in my suite. A slippery, dry residue on the floor.

Had a lovely stay, very clean room, large tub, comfy robe.

Security was very tight. We had to ask for a coffee maker and it was delivered promptly. We asked for a juice pitcher but didn’t get one. Everything else was fine.

The location was beautiful and safe with water walkway views. Easy access with check in code and very clean.

Nice place, modern, lots of room Difficult to figure out entry

We had a lovely one night stay here. The place was spotlessly clean and much bigger than I had thought it would be. The location is wonderful - just next to the river and a few minutes from the village centre. The only thing that spoilt it slightly for me was the constant HVAC-type noise even when we turned the fan completely off. I slept on the (very comfortable) couch bed so I heard it all night. I'm not sure where it came from and luckily it was a continuous sound and not too disruptive. But if you are sensitive to noise it might be an issue.

I had the best stay in Vancouver at this hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver!

Steveston is a wonderful place to visit. The hotel location is waterfront, on the board walk.Self checkin and all communication on line worked extremely well even for me in my mid seventies and tech impaired.. Room was large, neatly furnished and very clean. This is our second stay and we will be back again.
