The complex was newly refurbished with a new pool area. Rooms were immaculate and well provisioned. Service was excellent from all staff. The only disappointment was that one restaurant was closed and the one that was open was buffet style. We were B&B only but paid to go to restaurant on first evening. The choice was quite limited and a little disappointing. We walked into the nearby (30min casual walk) and ate there in the wide choice of restaurants for the rest of the stay. Buffet style Breakfast was good though.

The hotel was fantastic, the rooms were amazing with the private pools. The staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful, and the food options on half board were great.

The room we were given had a much smaller pool, and was immediately in front of the gate, so lots of noise and disturbance. The gym was terrible for what we are used to. Room cleaning did not happen as scheduled, and as a result was missed. The pool area was not very clean, and the food that was left attracted wasps and hornets, so we ended up having to dispose our order. We ended up wanting to leave earlier, as it was not a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Elounda Infinity. It was the perfect escape.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The room was a good size and we were upgraded to a sea view top floor which was great as we werent overlooked in the hot tub. The pool area was fantastic, lots of beds, spacious, very comfy and gorgeousness infinity pools. We didnt use the al a carte restaurant but the buffet was great, varied and we were impressed that the head chef gave us a personal tour so we knew what the vegan options were. Thank you Yannis! Special shout out to Lucy and Marios too.

Very beautiful and relaxing place - the food and cocktails are delicious, the staff are attentive and friendly whilst also very professional. We loved our stay. The perfect place to wind down. Picture is the view from our sea view room!

Great hotel. We had a room with a private pool. And it was very large and the outdoor area was even bigger. Hôtel restaurant was probably the worst part of the stay and it wasn’t even bad just much better dining options in town. Town is a little bit of a walk. But very doable. Great hotel

Very nice resort

Great new resort. We felt blessed to be there on their opening week. Great people, great facilities.

By far our favorite from this trip. Reception was so helpful and helped us get settled and checked in early. The included breakfast buffet was a huge bonus with lots of variety and fresh options. Overall the staff was excellent and we had a very comfortable and romantic stay!

Shortage of beds around pool. Service excellent wonderful staff. Superb buffet breakfast. No bar area per sea but you could have drinks in Restaurant.

Can’t fault this hotel - from start to finish, the staff were wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and quiet. It’s very peaceful and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The only thing to note is you might want a car as the nearest town is a 20min walk away … it’s not a huge issue but makes getting around the island easier in general. Wouldn’t be put off booking to stay here again!

Lovely hotel, pool area disappointing, privacy on balcony may concern certain customers as a few are overlooked by reception and front entrance . You do need a car as quite a way out off Elounda but don’t be put off you could walk in sensible shoes.

Amazing resort! The rooms, the service, the food, outstanding. The outdoor a La carte restaurant is superb. There was a hiccup with our room reservation and the staff and manager handled it wonderfully!

Good value for the price. We had an amazing sea view from the balcony with a jaccuzi
