Room was clean and very nice Customer service was average with much help not provided

This is a very quaint and beautiful hotel. The person at reception was very friendly and helpful. We stayed next door to the main building. Our unit was cozy, clean and quiet with beautiful decor. Food and staff at the restaurant were exceptional. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Hotel situated in the heart of the wine valley yet not far from the city center. We were able to hop on the little tourist train across the street to the hotel to get to the main sights in town.We wish we had more time here.

Charming property and the room was amazing. Very close to multiple wine stores and restaurants.

Property is very conveniently located by the wine cellars of the famous Eger wineries. You can walk in few minutes to do wine tasting to a lot of premium wine cellars and restaurants.

The hotel is right next to all the great vintner's sampling and food. Great location in the Valley of the Beautiful Women.
