The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet, but they kindly provided us with dinner vouchers, which we really appreciated. The service recovery was thoughtful and professional. The location is excellent — it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the main attractions in the historic district. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The suite was wonderful but customer service was left to be desired and the jacuzzi was broken. The view was exceptional and amazing. Great location too with everything nearby. The experience was lacking when it came to customer service as waiting for someone to come after you call the front desk took more than 20 minutes.

I stayed in a gorgeous suite in the new Pyramid Tower. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, wonderfully equipped and had a fabulous view of the cathedral and zocalo area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great for exploring the Centro Histórico area.

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful views from the room and terrace/balcony, and coffee/tea/water stations for unlimited use. Modern hotel with ruins underneath! The only downside was the excessive noise throughout the entire day from the streets - whether it's music, drumming performances, cars, church bells, etc. - the noise was crazy and made it hard to sleep. From maybe 1 to 5am is when things are a bit quieter, but the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the hallway.

Not only was the room amazing, the entire Hotel was beautiful. The gentleman that checked us in was gracious, accommodating and just great overall. I would definitely stay here again! And the location is simply the best!
