This review reflects the hotel and the app. We made this reservation because the electricity went out in our home and obviously right now it’s really cold. We waited hours to make sure it was not coming back in and when we were told 4 more hours we decided to get a room for the night. After booking literally like 20 minutes the lights came back on while trying to pull a few items together for the hotel. I immediately tried to cancel on the app and it would not allow it because it said it was pending. I called and a very kind lady tried to help me but said she could don nothing because she has response from the property. After 48 hours they sent an email that stated the property never responded to them and they were unable to help refund or cancel the already past reservation. Very disappointed with the outcome of their service in both ends.

Great city hotel

Las camas son durisimas, el hotel es un poco sucio, uno de los cuartos tenia pulgas o chinches en las camas. No es un Hotel 3.5 estrellas es 2 estrellas. Y con las camas asi y por temas de higiene ni 1 sola estrella le daria.

Excellent service, clean and spacey rooms, continental breakfast was really good! We definitely will be back!

Cómodo y de buen espacio. Camas cómodas. Limpio. Solo no me gustó que al llegar al cuarto olía mucho a aromatizante y sensación de humedad. No hay ventilación porque no se puede abrir las ventanas. También, no había toalla de manos.

Front desk personnel were outstanding! It was quiet and in a good location. Mostly clean, but quite a bit of hair on floor.

Will always stay here in Saltillo. Just wish the parking lot was a little bigger.

Enjoyed our brief stay. Could have used a comfy chair in room.

Not impressed but It was okay ... ... a few things inside the rooms needs some fixing..

Buen lugar para descansar

We were in Saltillo visiting my wife's family. I had to work remotely during this time. Hotel Nuvo turned out to be perfect for us. Great little work area, strong wifi, friendly staff. On site underground parking was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again. Look forward to trying a suite next time.

At first the welcome was honestly a little rude, I loved the installations in general, the room was like an apartment, clean and spacious. The cleaning staff, kitchen staff and day concierge were the best, really nice and of great help. It's quiet and really comfortable.

The beds were comfortable and looks clean . But somehow. I ended up with two red marks on one side of my stomach and my butt. Some form of bed bugs bites..

Driving from Texas so we came here to rest and continue our drive to our destination in Jalisco needless to say it was a wonderful rest.
