The location is not great if you’re going downtown or farther away; if you’re going to an event to Arena Monterrey it’s a walking distance nonetheless locals recommended not to walk the area, most of the uber services or similar have a hard time finding it. The shower had some hair residues from previous guests. There is no elevator from the main entrance to the front desk only a small set of stairs and no bell boy, thus, you need to pick up your bags and bring them up the stairs to check in The staff is somewhat friendly but not as helpful as one would hope for the price being paid with the exception of the kitchen staff who even prepared a protein shake using my protein from home and some off the menu items. Room is comfortable, food is great!

Terrible decision. The Venue itself is beautifully renovated. Unfortunately we did not feel safe with the immediate surroundings. No management was available to adjust or credit our stay. High ratings certainly seemed fake after checking in (stayed 3 hours at most - including 1 hour dining top level) food was great but slow to serve. No water bottles available. Personally would not recommend.

Location 5 mins away from many important places. Interesting restaurant. Decent but limited breakfast. Good beds and towels. Elevators. On site parking. Oxxo and 7 Eleven walking distance. Public transportation very close. Supermarket Soriana) about 4-5 blocks away. Air conditioner and satellite tv good.

Myst was great but hotels.com is now horrible.

I stayed here for two weekday nights on a work trip. The room was large, clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower and the AC was ice cold. The TV had cable with all the channels and the WiFi was very strong as well. The towels were great and they had generic soap and shampoo. My room only had one window but that was fine for my work trip as I needed a great room to come back to after my work day visits. The breakfast was sufficient for what I needed. Good coffee. Also the restaurant has an awesome view of the mountain range. The food was 7 out of 10 for dinner options. Also the vibe was mostly people that were staying for work travel. Even mix of male and females that it was obvious they were traveling for work.

Great little hotel and clean

The location is nice as it is not far from the funidora park. There is a 7 eleven one block away, and a taco vender shop. Thats about it. It is on a high traffic street, but as the rooms have no windows, except the bathroom, you wont hear the noise. The area is very quiet except for traffic noise. There are some rundown buildings. Right outisde there is a bridge where a homeless person lives. The hotel rooms are beautiful, have basic amenities and hair dryer, no fridge, a big tv. There is a small reception area, a restaurant with great views 360. You can see the mountains around the building. There is a bar in the restaurant. Breakfast is included، eggs and bread and some fruits. Suggest to drive or take private transportation to go out and back as the area has almost no shops or restaurant. There are many fast food places after a 2 minute ride. Hot water is hot and quick

Lo único que fallo es que llame al Room service y nunca contestaron, pero de ahí , habitación con mucho espacio, el baño muy lindo, y sobre todo buena comodidad

Hotel and Rooms were very modern and well kept. Very clean…hotel staff was helpful with travel ideas! Area around hotel does not have a lot of walking options for easy shopping or sit down food areas. But the hotel itself was amazing!
