Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good location to walk everywhere. The rooms all back on to the atrium where the reception and breakfast area is so it gets noisy early in the morning.

The stay here was a constant struggle. Our room key card reset four times. We had to go back down to the lobby to get a new card which was an inconvenience. I understand once, not not four times. The climate control system never worked. No AC. No heat. No fan. It turned on for about a minute, beeped and shut off. We reported it to the front desk and they later told us it was working fine - it was not and never did. Thankfully we could open the sliding glass doors to get fresh air. The room was very clean, but we had to send a daily reminder asking them to clean. One day they left us one towel. Another day they left us no coffee. Both times we had to call the front desk. Be aware that the coffee in the room is not included and there is no sign indicating that. The included breakfast was very limited and flavorless. The small rooftop pool was dirty and unusable. I’ve stayed in much better hotels in Mexico City. Needless to say I will never stay here again.

I stayed here with my daughter for a week long vacation. The property is beautiful, clean and bright. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Can't say enough about how much we loved staying here. The included breakfast was delicious, made to order, and there were a few options to choose from. We loved having a kitchenette area. The street it's located on is nice and quiet but convenient to the enormous park where the castle and so many museums are, as well as the Paseo. We were so glad we stayed here and definitely would stay here again.

Our stay at Vuestro had highs and lows. We were first thrown off when the staff showing us to our room took us to the basement of the hotel where, to our surprise, our room was located. We had booked a room with a balcony so being below ground level wasn't expected. There was a small outdoor area with table and chairs, however, we felt mislead and disappointed that the room had no natural light like the photos depicted. It was also right next to the custodial closet so at certain times of the day it was a bit noisy. We voiced these concerns to staff and they kindly moved us to a new room. However, this new room was riddled with issues. The deadlock on the door didn't work, the safe didn't have batteries, the tv didn't work, and the fridge didn't work. It seemed our switch in rooms wasn't communicated to fellow staff members, and on our first night sleeping in this new room a staff member actually came into our room in the middle of the night (because the deadlock was broken). We had to change rooms for a third time and finally this last room had no issues. The hotel is located in a great area super close to great restaurants, cafes, parks, and neighbourhoods. The room we were finally moved to was also clean and the amenities didn't have problems so it's a bit of a shame that our early issues tainted the overall experience. With those being addressed I could see Vuestro being a great place to stay if more attention is paid to making sure the rooms are all in working order.

We had a 3-night stay at Vuestro as a family of 3, & traveled with another family of 3. I've been to CDMX once before and stayed at a nice traditional large hotel in Polanco, so this was different. The location was very good...I wanted to be within walking distance of Chapultapec Park and Paseo De Reforma, & restaurant options...and this worked out well for that. There were convenience stores, atm's, pharmacys, food vendors all nearby. The hotel was also secure. The door stays fairly locked good & an employee sits right at the front. The hotel itself is very boutique in nature, very clean, modern & aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room is spacious. Beds are a little firm, but no problem. Good storage for bags/clothes. The balcony is a nice amenity to have, as well as the fridge and microwave. The only issue I had with the room was that the water from the shower had a smell that wasn't pleasant, and water would get out of the shower onto the floor at times. The breakfast is fresh & delicious...another great included amenity. The rooftop deck with the pool is very nice as well to go unwind, read a book, enjoy a drink after discovering the city. Last, but certianly not least...the staff. They were as courteous, friendly, & helpful as can be. Ricardo, Antonio, & Dianna were wonderful to us & made our experience very pleasant. They made a difference. The food staff were wonderful as well. Overall, I thoroughly liked Vuestro & would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The Vuestro was a wonderful place to stay. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Though the hotel is on a quiet street, it's only a short walk from many restaurants, and it's close to several neighborhoods and places worth visiting, including Roma, Condesa, Polanco and Bosque de Chapultepec. My only criticism, as someone who stayed for eight nights, is that the options for breakfast (which is included in the room rate) are limited and do not change day-to-day. Also, the hotel charges for refills of coffee. I nonetheless highly recommend staying here.

Staff are amazing. Both English and Spanish speaking. Breakfast is easy, simple and delicious. Close to a great area for food, drinks and quick transportation around the city. Wish the pool heated and the water smells minerally and sour, better filtration system needed. Highly recommend this place for an affordable stay in CDMX.

Rooms were clean good customer service and was locally located near everything. Cons I would say is they should change the cook to order break up a bit basically the same thing everyday. Therefore I only ate twice but overall was a good affordable stay.

Great property, built in 2024, the rooms are big size, bathrooms are amazing, beds are comfortable. Good location with a great bar and cafe across the street and some great dining options down the street with convenience stores like 7 11 and circle. Two issues staff can work on 1) breakfast was terrible, same options everyday with omelette and waffle. We expected some Mexican options like molcete which is not hard to make, but the omelettes as is were terrible. I make much better at home 2) non heated outdoor rooftop pool..the pool timings are 6am -11 pm and it's not heated, so it's totally unusable most of the time. The pool area itself is nice but we couldn't use it

I had a great experience at Vuestro. From the very beginning, we received a very warm welcome from the receptionist. And whatever we needed, we got it right away. The room was very clean. I like that the bathroom is located away from the bed. The breakfast staff were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.
