perfect place , the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. made my stay easy and enjoyable. The hot tub was perfect. also loved they had a beautiful restaurant next door with great food

It was terrible never had an experience like that. My room smell like sweared. We didn’t have any water since 5:00 in the morning so you couldn’t go to bathroom or shower. There’s no one in the office only security guards. The receptionist arrived until 9:00 a.m told her we didn’t have water and she said let see but with attitude kind of ignoring me. I will never go back very bad service and no one is never in office to help you. I w

Staff was courteous. The morning of the following day we stayed there was no water I’ve requested a refund and have not heard back yet

Restaurant closed until Noon. Soap dispenser out, lack of towels. Nice big comfortable beds. No ready available coffee available for guests, perhaps a coffee pot but there should be coffee if you offer a restaurant /bar. I chose this place for them having these amenities. Very clean tho….

Hicimos una reservación apenas un día antes. Al llegar, nos dijeron que el hotel había sobrevendido las habitaciones — una pésima gestión. Afortunadamente, llegamos temprano y teníamos coche, pero aun así fue muy poco profesional y pudo haber sido un desastre. Incluso había enviado un mensaje en la mañana preguntando sobre la hora de check-in, y aun así no se dieron cuenta de que tenían más huéspedes reservados de los que podían acomodar. Esto nos hizo perder una tarde muy valiosa, aunque por suerte lo solucionamos. Somos de la zona, pero Valle de Guadalupe recibe muchos turistas que no conocen el lugar o que no cuentan con transporte. Para ellos, este tipo de error sería extremadamente incómodo y estresante. Mejor reserven en otro lugar para estar seguros.

It was one of the best experiences i have ever had, quiet and relaxing, with an easy access to one of the newest and most spectacular restaurant! Loreta! I would definitely be coming back and recommending it!

Me hospede con mi familia y esta muy agusto muy bonito el hotel en general , muy buena limpieza , tienen una alberca muy agusto con jacuzzi y aparte tienen juegos para pasar el dia , lo recomiendo ampliamente ! Definitivamente lo volveria a elegir

I had an amazing stay at these cabins! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed with my stay at Catrina. The pool water was very cloudy, the kitchenette was not equipped, the doors don’t properly lock, no towels in the pool area, and no trash bins. I kept asking for an iron, and was received the day before my departure. The management was not available 24/7. I would not recommend this hotel, too expensive for what you get.
