Great location, very clean rooms and super easy check in. Highly recommend

The location of this hotel is great. Close to the central plaza. The room is basic. Two beds and nightstand. No amenities except shower stuff. Mostly clean except our floor. The front desk staff was great. They helped us with our luggage and were very kind

Clean room, very convenient to walk around the town center

My elderly aunt recently stayed at Casona 1530 in Tequila, Jalisco, and she absolutely loved her time there. The hotel’s charming, colonial-style atmosphere made her feel like she was in a beautifully preserved historic home, but with all the comfort of modern amenities. From the moment she arrived, the staff were kind, patient, and very attentive, always ready to help her with anything she needed, including directions and suggestions for things to do nearby. She especially appreciated how safe and relaxed the environment felt, which is very important for an older traveler.The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with a very cozy bed and excellent air conditioning, so she slept very well each night. She also liked the small details, such as the quality of the bedding and the modern bathroom, which made her stay feel more luxurious than she expected.The location was perfect for her because she could walk to the main plaza, church, and local restaurants without needing long or difficult walks. This allowed her to enjoy the town of Tequila at her own pace, sit in the plaza, and soak in the atmosphere without feeling rushed. Overall, my aunt had a wonderful stay and has been recommending Casona 1530 to our family and friends ever since. She would highly recommend this hotel to other seniors or anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay in Tequila.

The room was a little bit small for a family of 4. The bathroom was a very good size though, and it was very clean as well. The breakfast they offered was really good and the hotel is at a good location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The staff was nice. Would to stay here again!

The staff was very helpful even though I spoke English. The hotel room looked new and modern. I loved that the air conditioning made the room feel very cool during the hot day. The place is right in the middle of everything. Lots of good places to eat around the corner and a short walk to "el centro". I especially liked the secured parking offered to me at no additional charge.

The rooms were good but the property does not have an elevator and they expect guests to be very quiet when they are surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Great location

The hotel facilities are in good condition. Staff is friendly. However, they enforce this absurd policy of giving you only one door keycard per room. We had to scramble on how to go out and move around the town. When I asked for another card, they refused. Furthermore, the room requires the card to turn on the lights and a/c. With temperature of around 95 F you can imagine how hot the room was when we returned after walking around. But overall, if you are willing to accept that absurdity, it is ok.

Convenient quiet location near the plaza. Walkable to all. On-site breakfast restaurant. Great air conditioning! An affordable option in Tequila!

Nice looking clean, very small room. Black mold appears to be in the bathroom wall??? NO HOT water and no parking. Parking for the hotel is 4 blocks away. Small one way street on the front of the hotel limited you to park and get your suite case out. I found it over priced for what they offer.
