What really made this hotel stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. The room itself was spotless and very well equipped, showing the same level of care and attention. The hotel also has a small pool and convenient parking, which were nice touches. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace. It has comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm breeze. Overall, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay, but it’s the wonderful staff who really make it memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness are what set this place apart.

pool is very small and water isn't that clear and inviting

A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . .

This boutique hotel is a solid 4 stars. The decor is minimalistic and clean, with excellent service, food, and cleanliness. The bed was too hard, but I’d stay again. To reach 5 stars, they should consider upgrading the mattresses for better comfort.

The pictures make it seem like it's a beach front property. The pool is along a wall, parking is across the street in a lot with minimal lighting.

Todo muy bien servicio, limpieza, aire acondicionado, la cama, la ubicación, etc. Lo único es que en una de mis noches, la habitación daba a la calle y unos güeyes echando cotorreo afuera pero en la ventana y no dejaban dormir. Lo segundo es que la chica de recepción no la que me recibió, sino la del día siguiente muy poco amable, atenta pero no amable. Dices buenos días y te contestan pero con una seriedad que pareciera que estoy invadiendo su propiedad. La señora de limpieza muy amable y el cocinero atento pero no amable.

Todo espectacular! El hotel queda en plena avenida principal de Telchac y a unas pocas cuadras caminando de un beach club muy bueno, la playa aunque no estaba muy bonita, estaba súper rica y el pueblo muy tranquilo y seguro… se puede ir en Uber a El Progreso y regresar el mismo día, todo muy cerca! Lo único es que dependiendo del movimiento de la calle se escucha en la habitación pero todo lo demás en el hotel la limpieza, el desayuno, la alberca, la atención y amabilidad es 1000 de 10. Muy recomendado!

Excelente, habitación limpia y acogedora. El personal bastante amable y agradable. Espacios atractivos para disfrutar, son sencillos pero de buen diseño. Una experiencia buena.

No respetaron la tarifa que dió expedia, tuve que ingresar a la app y pagarle a expedia, no había toalla de baño fuera de la ducha ni toalla en el lavabo

En términos generales muy limpio todo, el personal muy amable, no puedo hacer ningún comentario negativo por qué todo está perfecto y al 100, es el hotel que rompe lo tradicional de un pueblo, super recomendable
