This property is lovely for a weekend away in Barcelona. The building itself had an old feel but inside the apartment was modern and fresh. The facilities were great including shower kitchen and dining area, furthermore despite being an apartment staff still came in and cleaned over the weekend. Only downside would be the air con which seemed broken as if you had it on every twenty minutes it would make a really loud humming noise; making it uncomfortable when sleeping. The apartments are a street away from a square of bars and restaurants which was really convenient. Overall I had a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.

Good Location was good, not too far from beach or Las Ramblas and it was a newish place. Bad Apartment for 4 people has one bedroom and rest were sofa beds, not clear on pictures or description. Not all apartments look the same and pictures are not one we stayed in although in same building. Ugly Checking in process is unneccessarily complicated including sending passport scans, codes on whatsapp etc and checking into another address which is 20 minutes away. EXTRA CHARGE if not between 3pm and 7pm which is absurd. When they cleaned after four days, they didn't leave any toilet or kitchen towel and one of the beds linen wasn't changed.

The property was very nice as described in the description and the pictures. We were unhappy to find out that the concierge where we checked in was a 30 euros cab ride from the actual building we stayed in.

Apartment was in a good location. Close to local transport, restaurants and shops. Both the bedroom and bathroom were on the small side for a group of three. Showering was also an issue as the water went cold after some time. Overall an average apartment with average service. Not amazing for the price paid

Great 3 bedroom apt. and wonderful location. There were four generations of family traveling together and this apt. accommodated the 8 of us. Completely enjoyed this part of our trip because of the location and the apartment vs hotel feel (local connection). Lots of shops and restaurants within steps of apt., and mInutes from city center. Loved it!

Very great location for any type of traveling! Safe. Next to everything. Only thing to keep in mind is that keys must be picked up from the office away from the apartments. Go to the office location first!

the overall staying experience was average. There was just NO housekeeping during the 4D3N stay, even thought it stated as Minimum housekeeping. In addition, city tax being charged was not clearly stated and after calculating after the trip, we realised that there was an over charge.

What a perfect form of lodging and a wonderful location in Barcelona. The Streets Apartment No. 23 feels like home. The property was clean and comfortable. The location made one feel like a local. Although the registration part in the beginning in order to obtain one's apartment keys was a bit inconvenient and taxing for a first timer in Barcelona, I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, great location, was very pleased overall with our stay.... and would recommend it to our friends.

Check-in was in a different location which was inconvenient. I had reported the mal-function of water kettle on the first day of my stay, but no replacement until the 7-day of stay (I stayed there for a total of 7 nights). This was pretty bad customer service. The apartment layout is very strange and inconvenient there's no switch for the room light inside the room, need to switch it on/off in the living room. Tolilet/shower is located in another room, if I share the apartment with another couple, which means I need to go inside their room to use the toilet/shower. Shower is dirty as well. Room is facing the street and can be very noisy during night time. I will not stay in this apartment or the apartments under this chain if I visit Barcelona again.

Next time I'll read the small letters, also the rooms key I had to pick it up long far from hotel

Nice apartment close enough to everything. Clean and well equipped. Staff were kind enough to store our luggage until our flights later that night too. Would definitely book there again.

Horrible. Trop de bruit. L appartement n est pas du toit isolé. On entend les gens qui passent dans la rue, les scooters. Bref on ne peut pas dormir. Dommage car l appartement est tres joli le couchage confortable. Nous sommes allés à la reception pour qu ils nous change d appartement. Heureusement ils nousbont trouvé un appartement nikel sans bruit. Merci à la réceptionniste.

Das Appartement hat eine supertolle Lage in einem sehr interessanten Viertel. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone.Von dort aus lässt sich die Stadt hervorragend erkunden. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Autoverkehr, allerdings ist nachts ist sehr viel los und am Wochenende sehr laut, da die Leute feiern. Aber ich würde trotzdem wieder hinfahren.

En lo general me agrado el alojamiento lo único que no me gusto es que no tiene aparcamiento

Es pequeño pero muy apañado . Nos gusto mucho , esta bien equipado para pasar unos dias y ver Barcelona .

В целом отличные аппартаменты - чисто, все необходимое есть, хороший район, но единственное неудобство, что ключ нужно забрать совершенно в другом месте. А когда ты с детьми и чемоданами - это превращается в квест.
