Muy Lindo el hotel

Todo excelente.

Excelente servicio, súper limpio con un restaurante con un menú muy deliciosos y una vista hermosa hacia la peña de Bernal , lo recomiendo 100% excelente ubicación.

Location is great. Rooftop restaurant serves a delicious seafood soup. Front desk is not friendly. Room is tiny. Only 1 bedside table. We stayed for 2 nights but our room wasn’t serviced or cleaned.

Loved the location near the town square. The bed was very comfortable and staff was extremely helpful and efficient.

Everything was perfect, except on Sunday morning a staff member was cleaning the upper deck and played very loud heavy metal, while the lower deck was playing Mexican ballads. Even one couple left after a few seconds on the table without ordering anything.

The property was very clean.

I wish the staff were a bit more attentive. I felt like I was in a Holiday Inn Express. Very impersonal. They also do not have rooms equipped for handicapped access or rooms that are equipped for that purpose. The beds were too high for my 90-year-old mother-in-law. There were no handrails in the bathroom or shower area, which was very dangerous. If you are considering a hotel that is equipped, look elsewhere.

The only thing I didn’t like of this place was the noise at night. Too much people in the property going up and down. You can hear every single Step. Everything else was perfect

I don’t like the parking area is to far to bring the suit case .

The room has no heating or cooling and spotty internet. The location was good as was the service. It is a basic hotel but okay unless it is hot or cold. It was not noisy but not quiet either.

Bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've every had. Room had no window, except into the internal court yard. Room had no AC or Fan. So it was hot, and opening the window meant listening to the hotel staff all night. The music on the roof goes till midnight, and it's very very loud.

Great location in the middle of town , near by la Peña walking distance and restaurants, shops

Un poco complicado llegar

Servcio excelente , calidad de alimentos en restaurant excelentes , lo único es que si quieres descansar se escucha ruido cada vez que se levanta alguien de su silla en el restaurant que queda sobre los cuartos y acaba a las 11pm y arrancas las 7 am su servicio , ya que el piso es de cerámica y no aislaron correctamente al construir . El estacionamiento está a 2 cuadras más O menos , la gente súper amable y servicial , muebles lindos en los cuartos

El hotel está bien. El personal muy amable. La ubicación en pleno centro. Por esta última razón el estacionamiento no está ahí mismo por lo que hay que considerarlo para el equipaje. Los GPS no ubican bien cómo llegar por el problema del sentido y cierre de las calles.
