Lots of staff standing around but very few sermed to know what to do or what to say. Very few understood english. Breakfast was below average for typical hotels in Nepal & India. I called front desk to ask about getting a heater for the room and was told "we dont have heaters". Called again an hour later and was told same thing, but that the AC in room can provide heat as well. Staff was sent to provide heat as requested. The view from my room was excellent, even tho i was only on floor 1.

The best bed in our trip Fantastic view of the kali gandaki river right in front of the hotel All staff very pleasant and helpful Situated next within 4 min walk to the hot springs In-house restaurant serves great food

It was a really good hotel And staff were very attentive, the view from the balconies up the river is breathtaking
