They did not have a room for me. Very frustrating. Whose problem is this ( apart from mine )? They did find other lodging for me, butnot even close to what I was expecting. I need an explanation!

Nice pool, plenty of hot water. Good firm bed. Excellent air conditioning. Morning coffee. Rm 4 (the suite) is not a good deal. Too noisy, no window, no chair nor table.

Muy buen personal , amables y atentos a todo , cuartos frescos y limpios .

Es bueno la cama el cuarto , solo que no respetan las reglas de la alberca se supone se usaba hasta las 9 y estuvieron como a las 11 con música y yo viajaba con mi esposo y mi bebé, internet malisimo
