Very clean and modern hotel. Beds were comfortable, temperature control in the room was easy. Pool was nice, breakfast was decent. Great value for the price. Only con was the parking lot, it’s a maze to try to get to.

The property is new in a new area of town so in very good condition with food options and shopping nearby. The staff at check in were very pleasant and the process was seamless. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. The coffee, food and options were excellent. One complaint is for Comfort Inn as a chain. Trying to get a number for the hotel to let them know I was bringing a dog and would be late checking in was like pulling teeth! I went through three phone numbers and frustrating AI assistants without any way to speak to a human. When I did contact a human, she was in a call center and could not contact the hotel directly. I persisted looking for the local number and finally found it. There is no need for this frustrating customer service and may discourage me from booking future stays with your chain.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. I found the entire property clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. I made good use of the gym and pool, while also enjoying breakfast in the morning.

Clean hotel, Staff are kind and friendly, suggestions for breakfast maybe some kind of hash brown and some fruit.. more than just apples! Otherwise breakfast was great and staff always say hello or good morning. I will stay again at this hotel

Fairly new property--photos depict rooms exactly. Spotlessly clean hotel room. The property is used frequently for teams in the area competing at various sports events. The front desk staff was excellent at enforcing quiet time in the evening ensuring everyone got a great night's rest. Very close to tons of dining options and a gas station.
