Estuvo bien todo perfecto solo que llevaba Amis niños y le hace falta un candado más arriba en la puerta para evitar que los niños puedan abrirla

Everything good the air condition worked well .A suggestion to have in place telephone extension in the room might be a good ides but all good .Nice hotel ,friendly staffs especially the receptionist support in checking inn and giving relevant information

Clean and quiet.

This room was much smaller than the photo they sent us indicated! It turned out they were having updates done to the hotel on the same night that we stayed there. They had not informed us ahead of time of this development so that we could book a different hotel. It was extremely noisy with all the banging & electric screwdrivers. At 9:15 p.m. I went down to inquire how much longer this would last, & was informed it would stop right away. It continued & just before 10.00 p.m. we received a message from the hotel offering us an upgrade to a quieter room at the other end of the hotel, which we instantly accepted. Not only was this more like the photo we had received, it was also quieter.

Very clean and staff was friendly . The area was close to everything we wanted to explore .

I appreciated the safe and clean parking lot, and the room was clean as well. However, the shower head had very low water pressure and could definitely use replacing. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo didn’t work at all. The bed was large but extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it tough to get any rest. We ended up cutting our stay short. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice, clean facility with modern amenities, including internet access. It's in the middle of Torreon, so, if you do mind journeying into the center of the city ... it's a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay

We only stayed one night but this is an awesome boutique hotel in a safe downtown location. We would recommend as well, we would stay there again.

Nice small hotel. I don’t care about fancy, just clean, safe and affordable. Nice folks, friendly and accommodating. A bit off the beaten path, but as I had business in Lerdo, worked well. Neat little rustic restaurant about 2 blocks away, near the 7-11.

Un ruído insoportable que no me dejó dormir, (adicional a que en las noches se ponen a hacer limpieza y se oyen unos cubetazos y cuestiones de limpieza, un hotel que tiene un poquito de grado de atención al cliente evita hacer ruido a partir de las 8 p.m) y lo más increíble que el personal no se daba cuenta. Sin embargo su supervisor supo llegar a un acuerdo conmigo, lo cual se aprecia, otros detalles detalles, son el personal en recepción, algunas son muy poco amables, y el "desayuno continental" que ofrecen, es muy pobre, cereal, café incipido y manzanas. En ese sentido muy mal. Ideal para trabajadores que solo van a dormir una o tres noches.
