Outside of the hotel says Hotel Huerta so it was confusing where is located. People at the hotel very busy, they do not gave good instructions about where is the looby and parking lot. Rooms are really cold, heater is not working properly or not enough to heat the room.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Close to all the shopping and dining.

Very clean room. Excellent decorations. Staff, and amenities.

There was a scorpion in our room. Had to call several times to get an answer from front desk. They offered to switch the room but told us if we found another scorpion in the new room they wouldn’t do anything. No TV remote.

The hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming and resolved promptly the car parking issue we had. They were very accommodating.

Our room was HUGE. It was actually larger than our home. 😂 The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No critters were in the room. Everything else was a bonus. My only complaint was that the touristic aspect of the town was practically shut down during the week. That was disappointing.

Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.

La habitación muy bien, es la primera vez que viajmos en familia y el hotel coloca desde el inicio las 4 toallas para los huespedes ya siempre hay que hablar y estarlas pidiendo. La cama y almohadas super comodas, suficiente cama de ropa El estacionamiento bien, aunque pequeño El desayuno muy bien, cumple lo que ofrece El unico detalle que le vería es que cuando llegamos la recepción estaba cerrada, tuvimos que entrar por otro hotel filial. Pero no hay señalamientos ni nada, tienes que andar preguntando con el personal donde esta la recepción o quien te puede atender

Es un lugar agradable para estancias cortas, aunque ya se siente antiguo

Menú de desayuno muy básico, con la prohibicion de introducir alimentos pero sin servicio a las habitaciones

Estaba haciendo mucho frío y nunca nos pudieron ofrecer un calenton por más que se los pedimos que no tenían

Que los huéspedes dejen las llaves de sus carros para que el personal los pueda mover en caso de que alguien quiera salir

La habitación muy limpia y amplia y muy bue6atenciin por parte de todo el personal

El hotel es muy bonito, muy recomendable quedarse ahí, esta céntrico, buena ubicación para ir caminando a tiendas, a donde ponen el árbol de navidad.
