The resort is beautiful, with a very Balinese-Javanese atmosphere, and the views are beautiful. However, I hope the management can improve their service in the future. When I wanted to check out early, there was no staff at the front desk. There was only the villa guard, and even then, I had to find him first. Hopefully, this information can be used for future improvements 🙏☺️

Leaking AC, small water in the bathroom, sagging mattress.

The AC leaked, the bathroom water was small, the bed sank.

So far, all services were friendly and satisfying, but it's a shame the mattress was dirty and the sheets had many stains. Since I checked in late and was tired, I ended up removing them and not using the sheets. Next time, please fix and check because the resort is not cheap.

The location is far from the Puncak traffic jam, and the access to the hotel is a bit uphill but still safe. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the swimming pool was in poor condition. The staff was friendly, and the fried rice breakfast was delicious. There's also a cafe with views of the rice fields and hills.

Best and worth the vibe. Cheap, beautiful, clean, the definition of a staycation you should try and come back for.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the stay was comfortable for transit. Be careful, as Google Maps sometimes takes you through narrow lanes; try to stay on the main roads.

The view is really nice. The room is clean, the breakfast is quite good, and the price is around 200 thousand rupiah.

It was a pleasant stay, but the hut I stayed in was a bit scary because it was in a corner, and small insects could get in at night. Overall, it was okay, as for the price, you can swim. The water heater didn't work, so I had to take a cold shower.

The place is really nice, the hotel has a Balinese feel, there is a swimming pool too, the kids are even happier.
