Everything was excellent, staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was easy to get to. The restaurant was amazing. My girls enjoyed the pool very much. The spa was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We were a family of five and rented the family suite. We all slept very comfortable. I will definitely come back.

This Riad was a dream! If we ever return to Morocco, we will definitely stay here again. The location was incredible because it was less than 5 minutes walking to any of the main places, yet a quiet setting to rest and sleep. The rooms were big and air conditioned. The breakfast buffet put even the biggest American buffets to shame. The customer service was also impeccable. They provide everything one would need from bath amenities to pool towels to giving directions and tips for where to go. We had a minor hiccup in our stay and the staff handled it immediately and provided dinner on the house just for the inconvenience. We have traveled to multiple countries and this stay has been one of the best ever. Being from the southern part of the USA, I am accustomed to great hospitality and this Riad did not disappoint.

We stayed here on a family trip. There were four of us staying in the 4-person suite. We had a wonderful stay. The A/C worked amazingly, which is super important when staying in Marrakech in the summer. The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn’t be beat! Highly recommend if you want to stay close to the Medina and not break the bank!

We stayed as a group of five and, while the location was excellent and the breakfast was good, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Before arrival, I had already advised the hotel that accessibility would be an issue, but unfortunately there was little consideration given to this. The property has steps throughout, no ramps, and the step into the bathroom was extremely high, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties or disabilities. The room we were allocated also had no window, which made it feel quite enclosed. In addition, I mentioned when booking that it was my birthday, but no effort or acknowledgement was made by the hotel. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and the breakfast was enjoyable. It would be suitable for couples or groups without children and with no accessibility requirements, but I would not recommend it for guests with mobility needs.

The staff and the riad were excellent. The staff was very helpful, it definitely made our stay much better. In addition, they were very helpful with scheduling transportation and tours.

I do not recommend purchasing the “half board” or all inclusive (if available). While breakfast was good, dinners lacked choices and were bland. We were there for three nights and regretted paying ahead for dinner as there are so many better options outside the hotel. The location is excellent and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed for 2 nights , great location but the room wasn’t great , air con leaked and there was what sounded like rats in the ceiling scratching around for a hour or so in the night … the breakfast was good but wouldn’t stay again

Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me when it was time to leave that I had to pay the driver in cash. They should’ve mentioned that when I booked it. Also, since we left early in the morning I asked for a bagged breakfast which they said would be done but no breakfast was prepared for us. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The Riad was ok. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was ok but staff at breakfast need supervision, the young lady making the omelet was eating the cheese and the other vegetables while she was cooking which is unsanitary. We had lunch at the restaurant and was expensive and the worst I had in Morocco. I am sorry I paid the amount of money I paid, not worst my money.

The hotel was beautiful and seemed very traditional Moroccan. We traveled with kids and were a little disappointed that pool seemed to be more for show than for people to enjoy. At least it wouldn't have been comfortable to have kids yelling and splashing in the pool as others drank tea 2 feet away. Our room was fine but quite loud at night.

Le Palais est bien situé dans la Médina. Tout près du rond point pour les taxis. Le palais est magnifique, sa piscine exceptionnelle.

Nunca sirvió el A/C, el Hamman y masaje qué pagamos no fueron buenos y La habitación tenía un olor extraño. Bien ubicado en medina aunque los taxis no llegan al hotel, hay que caminar como 100mts. La piscina bien al igual que el desayuno

What a beautiful riad 😍 From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and looked after. The staff were kind, attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. The difference in hospitality compared to other places we visited during our trip was night and day. The riad itself is stunning. Traditional Moroccan charm, beautiful décor, spotless rooms and a peaceful atmosphere despite being in such a great location. Everything felt authentic and well cared for. One of the highlights was how relaxing the experience was. Whether we were enjoying breakfast, spending time around the pool or enjoying the HAMAM & SPA!!! there was always a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff genuinely made us feel at home. The location was also perfect. Close enough to explore the Medina and Jemaa el-Fnaa on foot, while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside. Thank you to everyone at Palais Moulay Said for making our stay so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Marrakech. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was so perfect & the staff was amazing so friendly.

I liked our stay in this hotel. It is very beautiful so I got a lot of instagrammable pictures. Fantastic location to major tourist spots and souks too! The food is delicious, I really loved their chicken mushroom pasta! Also, everyone in the hotel is helpful, courteous and friendly! They keep on checking of there's anything we need to make our stay really memorable! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

El hotel es realmente hermoso, habitaciones muy bonitas, en mi caso la habitación era grande pero desafortunadamente el baño tenía muy mal olor, del resto todo estuvo súper bien.
