Really satisfied with this hotel, it was just as described and the staff went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration special. Room was clean and comfortable, spa was lovely, location perfect, short walk to restaurants and a Lidl. Would highly recommend

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was where the hotel really excelled. From the check in to the morning buffet staff were friendly, helpful and sociable. Wecreally enjoyed our stay! As far as the staff were concerned if there was a 10 star rating I'd give that.

Rooms are clean, spacious, neatly decorated and comfortable. Room service is impeccable, timely, and attentive. Staff are respectful, prompt, professional, and caring. But besides the physical stay, Helen, working at the reception, made our stay truly wonderful. Helen ensured we were properly taken care of, extending well beyond what we had expected, providing us with the best experience we've had at a hotel, ever. Not only was she approachable, she was happy to talk us through local attractions, restaurants, and even further outside of the Sliema. We are not the only ones who shared this sentiment, many of the other guests also frequently thanked Helen specifically, indicating that we did not receive special treatment, she really does go above and beyond for everyone. Helen is the type of person that we pray we see whenever we stay at a hotel, a true ray of sunshine and a real diamond in your staff line-up. If I worked for the Marriott company, I would make her package so competitive that she could not be poached by another company. We would stay at the Courtyard again without question, especially if Helen is there.

The hotel itself is great, however the construction site next door is a huge disappointment with noise and dust from very early in the morning. Before booking this good hotel ask about the construction site

We stayed at the courtyard Marriott for 6 nights at the beginning of March. The hotel was very well looked after, everywhere was spotless and the staff we met were all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and had ample choice. We did have to wait for a table some mornings but it was never more than 5 minutes. The gym was well equipped. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring with many restaurants available within walking distance

Amazing stay from start to finish. Facilities food and most especially the staff are all fantastic, would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely be my first choice stay in Malta !

I have booked the junior suite, which was doubled the price of standard rooms that I had also booked for rest of my family members. The junior suite was very small and did not worth the price in comparison to the standard room. Once the sofa coverted into abother bed the room was very cramped. The balcony was not facing the sea but the back of other buildings has no nice views. The breakfast buffet was small. The hotel was new and clean. The swimming pool floor was slippery, the tiles was not anti slipping materials. During our stay there was building works right next the hotel which was very very noise. The work was starting from 6am in the morning. The staff were friendly. Overall, with the price that I have paid I could have much better options.

The whole experience was incredible. Every team in the hotel had such an eye for detail and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. There were always smiles and a welcome with every team member we encountered. Having mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary treat to add to our celebration. Thank you to all the team for making our first trip to Malta so memorable.o

All was brilliant. Cleanliness, staff, food, and location. Amazing. Only critique, lack of hooks on walls, doors, bathroom. Would have been a bit more convenient with towels and general need.

Lovely stay had some noise keeping us up in the night so we were offered free dinner but still waiting on a refund for one night. It’s been nearly a month since we were there. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great pool. Would love to return. Just still waiting on refund but I will be taking this up with hotels.com

The staff were amazing and sooo accommodating!! It felt like they could read our minds. We would discuss something and suddenly it would appear or be addressed like magic. An example, at our first breakfast we said to each other “ wouldn’t it be great if we could have omelettes”. Honestly!! A minute later our waitress said “We also offer omelettes” We were mind blown. The room was lovely, so spacious and super quiet! The sound proofing was amazing. The gym had quality equipment! The indoor pool and sauna were a lovely touch to the hotel. The spa treatments a definite treat! The restaurant was a lovely space. It was my fiancé’s birthday and the staff were amazing!! A special thank you to Manon and Amelea. We cannot wait to return in the summer!
