The location is excellent for access to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay etc. The bus to either runs right outside and you can easily take great walks to either. The road outside the house could do with traffic calming though and the main road at the back can get noisy. The house is great, just the job for us and big garden for kids to play in. Comfortable living room and good kitchen, maybe a couple more saucepans, but had everything we needed. We had a great holiday there and would recommend it.
